  My husband and I rented this town home for one month. It was immaculately clean. (I'm very fussy). The rooms were decorated with taste; and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The location can't be beat. I'm a walker and there were sidewalks in every direction. Restaurants, grocery stores and miniature golf within walking distance. Premium Outlets, a 10 minute drive. Even the weather was perfect! (Now how did Lynn do that?) Carla and Les Springfield, Virginia

  I know there are a lot of great reviews of the house and I couldn't agree more with all of them.. This is just perfect!! From the moment we arrived we just loved this place.. I feel it is an ideal location, close to everything..... This house is ver y clean and had everything you will need to enjoy your time at Orlando... Communication was impeccable. My kids said they had a great time there and we hope to be back soon.

  This villa is everything that the pictures look like. Owner answers all questions, and concerns immediately. Well kept, Larger than pictures shows. Quiet at all times. Right off of Hwy 192. Lots of grocery, cafes close. Pools and clubhouse well kept, with nice exercise room too. We hope to revisit soon.

  Thank you so much for renting us your house. The house is spotless, very comfortable, has nice bedrooms and everything in nice matching decor, new and beautiful. It was extremely convenient, so close to the parks and restaurants. We were half a mile from Cracker Barrel! We had breakfasts there almost every day. It is also located in very quiet area. There are great sports facilities, tennis court, and the pool area itself is fantastic. We enjoyed it very much and the pool s huge and WARM !!! The house and surroundings are well kept and beautiful. No trash, old cars, drinking or noise on premises. Very nice. A very nice place to leave your kids also. We felt very secure. ALL IN ALL PERFECT !!!

  There is no picture that can accurately show you what you will experience in this home. The furniture is exquisite and tasteful. Having worked in the furniture business for over 8 years, hard to believe someone can actually spent that much money to furnish a home that they didn't live in every day. Everything was as promised and some extra. Staying this home should not be a decision you have to make. You should simply start hoping there is availability for you. You will not be disappointed. I am sure we will return very soon. Thank you again Lynn. You figured out a way to add more magic to a Disney vacation!

  Thank you for a lovely place to stay during our trip to Florida! The pictures dont do this condo justice - it is beautifully furnished and in an excellent location, close to all the theme parks and lots of shopping and restaurants. Having three bedrooms is a bonus - the kids loved having their own space and their own TV's in their rooms. The kitchen had all the neccessities that made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. We especially enjoyed having coffee on the screened in porch. Lynn was a pleasure to work with and was quick to reply to our inquiries. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again when we are in the Kissimmee area. We highly recommend this condo! Russ and Christi - Columbus GA

  One of our best decision! Beautiful home, spotless, brand new furniture, bedding's etc. The picture does not describe how beautiful it is. It was a very quiet and relaxed gated neighborhood. We really felt safe. The beds were very comfortable. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. The swimming pool and hot tub were also beautiful. The game room and fitness center were great. So many things to list here that show how wonderful this sweet home is. We would definitely stay here again anytime we visit Florida.
