Barton Hills is a lovely established neighborhood in the heart of Austin just 2 miles from the hustle and bustle of downtown and 1 mile south of Barton Springs and Zilker Park (home of ACL). Our home is a 1/8 mile walk to trail access to the Barton Creek Greenbelt and 1.3miles to trail access to the Town Lake Trail.
Our mid-century modern ranch was built in 1968 and has the classic feel of that era. It's been renovated with great care to allow for an open floor plan and amazing kitchen for entertaining. Beautiful wood floors throughout.
