Veranda Condo Description: The Abbey is 1,661 total sq ft on the second floor (End Unit) with 2 bedrooms (master- king bed, guest – queen bed) and a den (with queen sofa bed), 2 full baths, living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen with corian counters, 2 screened verandas and detached garage. Bring your laptop because wireless high speed Internet access and cable included. Beach chairs and 2 bicycles in garage for your use as well. Beautifully decorated throughout. This is a non-smoking, no pet unit.

We previously lived in this development for a few years and we wanted to return to catch up with our friends. Because of our previous residence experience we knew that the Veranda Abby model was the nicest condo unit in the gated community complex. This particular unit is on the second floor which means it has the high ceilings and it is much more spacious vs. the downstairs units. The unit has a beautiful lake view bordered by the narrow 8th hole on the Royal course. We found unit very clean and well appointed with everything you could possibly need. It is also conveniently located to the neighborhood pool and about a 7 min walk to the main clubhouse. The single car garage is directly in front of the unit and the walled trash dumpster is conveniently close. During our multi year’s residence stay in Fort Myers we have lived in 3 gated communities. If we returned permanently we would return to Heritage Palms. We would highly recommend this unit for your visit to Fort Myers.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+.

Hi Linda We are ensconsed in your lovely condo. It is beautiful, and we are enjoying. It obviously has been well cared for. We went for a great bike ride this moring.
