  We recently spend 12 nights at this unit. We have nothing but great things to say! It was clean and nicely decorated. We had a 3 year old and 6 month old. The second bedroom had a nice low bed which was great and the master bath was large enough we were able to have a pack n play set up in there. There was great views out both lanis. The one lani has a nice table with chairs. Great for outside eating. Most other units we could see just had patio couches with side tables so we were really happy we were able to sit and eat all our meals outside. The main lani has a view of this lap pool. I was able to watch my toddler swim with his dad while I was up in the unit with the baby. Ivonne was wonderful to deal with and very responsive when we contacted her. We'd recommend this unit 100%.

  We loved our stay at the Ko'olina condo!!! The owners were a pleasure to rent from and had the ALOHA SPIRIT! We had issues with the reg/freezer not keeping our ice cream frozen and I was able to contact the owners and they fixed the problem the next day!! So AWESOME!! The condo is well maintained and well stocked. WE WILL BE returning.. Mahalo for your kindness in sharing with us your wonderful home.

  We have been to Hawaii (all islands) several times but this was our first time in Ko Olina. We like Waikiki but did not want to stay there for 2 full weeks. This place seemed like it might be the perfect place to stay on Oahu. For us it was! This villa is beautiful, spacious, and has a great layout for sharing with friends or family. The bedrooms with en-suites are on opposite sides with the large living / dining / kitchen in the middle. As mentioned in other reviews the lanais on each end of the living space made the temperature very comfortable. Everything was spotless when we arrived and the owners are very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any concerns. The property is beautiful and there are 4 beaches / lagoons to choose from (this property is in front of lagoon 2). The lagoons made swimming very safe and I could see how this would be a perfect spot if you have young children. We felt Ko Olina itself was a good location; 30min from Waikiki, 30 min from North Shore, a few minutes away from all the shopping you'll need (costco, safeway, target, etc). You definitely need car but then unless you are staying right in Waikiki for a few days and don't plan on doing anything else, you really need a car regardless of where you stay on any of the islands imo. This was exactly what we were looking for. If I was to have one wish it would be to have a BBQ on the lanai - the BBQ area by the pool was great though and it gave you an opportunity to meet other people.

  my daughters (age 9 and 13) absolutely LOVE this condo. we all hated to leave. The view from all of the lanai's is outstanding. we watched whales from the Aulani side of the condo. The pool view is amazing...you are literally right over it on the 8th floor looking down. This is a wonderful place for families. we were able to walk right out of the resort to lagoon 2. we visited all the lagoons during our visit - you can see fish, turles and crab right there in the lagoons! The pictures don't do this place justice. It's very clean and feels like home once you get settled in. the security staff are all very friendly and very helpful. there's not one thing to complain about except that we had to leave and come home. the owners are very nice and helpful. Safeway, Costco, Target and Walmart are all very close (1 exit away on the freeway) The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes - even a rice cooker, blender and toaster!!! we went with family who rented another condo in the same complex (we could see their lanai from ours) and they loved ours so much more, that they asked for this owners contact information and plan on staying in this condo next time around. :)

  WOW! What a great vacation villa! All the amenities, the views, the location. Could not ask for better. Owners were great to work with. Being able to open the two lanais was wonderful. It created a wonderful cross breeze, so no AC needed while there and awake. So many extras; small cooler, beach chairs, beach towels and more. Great memories were made. Mahalo!

  After searching a dozen craigslist adds we finally found this listing and decided to give it a try. There are not enough positive things I can say about this condo. The owners were more than helpful and friendly.We had nothing but a pleasant time from the moment we arrived to the time we had to say goodbye to this gorgeous place. The condo itself is beautiful with everything you need including an awesome view of the resort and ocean. The condo slept five of us comfortably, The owners definitely made us feel right at home. The resort was breath taking. I cannot think of one bad thing to say about our Christmas experience here this year. We are counting down the days until we can rent from them again.

  We stayed at this property during the first week of Nov. 2012. Although we have visited Hawaii many times, this was our first stay at Ko'Olina. Our vacation was great and this property was a big part of that experience. For us, the following features of the unit stood out: 1) this condo has multiple lanais (unlike the majority of the other units in the tower). In particular, the two main balconies have floor to ceiling fold away doors which permit you to completely open the unit on two opposite sides. This provides a wonderful open air feeling and allows trade winds to cross through the living room/kitchen area - far superior to air conditioning. 2) there is a great view from each lanai - we spent many hours just hanging out on the "main" lanai with our breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner etc. - it was all about watching the ocean and enjoying the breeze. 3) fully equipped very modern kitchen. 4) covered parking spot (plus one extra open air spot) which kept the rental car cool. 5) very responsive and helpful owners. The building itself is extremely well maintained and the pools (both the "quiet" and family area pools) were super. You are literally steps away from the ocean lagoons up and down the Ko'Olina boardwalk. The lagoons themselves are sheltered and super for younger toddlers. If I had to note a negative (and this is a small quibble), there was no gym or health club access to non condo owners. The nearby Marriott permitted health club access for an exhorbitant day fee, but that problem was solved by a short drive of 10 minutes to the nearest YMCA which was inexpensive and had everything you could want (phone for details first). Likewise, it was a short drive of perhaps 5 minutes to extensive grocercies (Target, Costco, Safeway, etc.) and an easy albeit longer drive into Waikiki if you felt like it. The draw of this property and the local amenties proved irresistible, however, and for the most part we just stayed put and relaxed. We'll definitely be back.

  I came to Ko 'Olina with a friend, and when we arrived at the condo, our jaws dropped - it was fabulous! We each had our own bedroom with our own bathrooms, and very large and spacious living area and kitchen. It was so luxurious, and so much better than I imagined from the photos. The view was amazing from the pool side lanai - we could see the pools, the pathway to the beach, and the beach and ocean. The private lagoon was a perfectly secluded area to lay out, swim, and relax. We took day trips from there, we grilled by the pool, and it was a fabulous vacation. There were beach toys, beach towels, etc. Also, the condo had a lot of storage space, and just everything you could possibly think of for an amazing vacation. The property was gorgeous, and everyone was very helpful. Thank you, Ivonne!

  The property and villa are top notch. We were looking for a special place to spend our honeymoon and the villa really delivered. Breakfast on the lanai, with the ocean view and the birds singing, gorgeous sunsets and restaurants within easy walking distance. The lagoon is steps away from the property and an early morning swim yielded a sea turtle close enough to touch. Our owner was helpful and responsive when we needed her. You cannot go wrong with the breakfast buffet at the JW Marriott (bread pudding island style) and Roy's on the golf course will make any foodie happy. We're planning a return trip with our extended family.

  I took my granddaughter to KoOlina as reward for all her hard work and dedication in nursing school. We have a wonderful time. The lagoons are beautiful and the marina at KoOlina is great for sailing. It was a beautiful villa and we were very pleased with the entire experience. The listing description was accurate and the photos reflected the rental's appearance and amenities. The villa was clean and well maintained and the owner was very very helpful. My favorite location for dinners was AmAm. The food was delish and the service was wonderful.
