We had a wonderful time at this beautiful cabin. Would recommend it to anyone traveling to bryce/zion NP. The Cabin was clean and well maintained and make you feel at home from the very first moment. The photos supplied are nice when we came in we were surprised by how better it is in reality. Angela was super-nice and very responsive. Thank you! Hope to come back again!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

This is a great cabin. It's immaculate and extremely well-maintained! I don't know the true age of the place but it feels brand new. One bedroom is downstairs off the kitchen and the other two are upstairs. Also upstairs is a cozy sitting area with TV. Similarly, one bathroom is off the kitchen area, and the other is upstairs. The windows let in plenty of light and views of the trees. We spent a week here and we had a great time. We discovered that Duck Creek is a big ATV activity area. We went in May when the vacation season was just beginning and none were around. It was quiet and we loved it. As I understand from locals, it gets quite busy with ATVs during the summer and it can be quite noisy. Thus, if you like ATV's, this is the place! However, if you like quiet and serenity go in May before Memorial Day! The village of Duck Creek does not have too many services...there is a great small cafe, a coffee/internet place, a gas station, a ACE hardware store, and two places that sell limited groceries (very limited!). I would suggest that one should do grocery shopping before arriving here. There is also a lodge here that has a restaurant, but we did not try it. However, if you need internet access, the lodge has it...they gave us the password for free!Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Five of us decided to have a quiet Christmas this year and came upon this cabin while searching online. We saw many different options and possibilities, but this one seemed the most appealing and affordable. I can honestly say, the pictures don't do it justice!! Everything from the firepit outside to the deck to the moose decorations inside were perfect! We felt safe with neighbors around so we weren't too secluded...and LOVED the fact there was a neat little town just a couple miles away. The whole kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking necessities...making it so much easier to just bring food. We had a blast sledding down the perfect sledding hill right in front of the cabin! All the other neighbors kept commenting on the fact that we had the perfect spot! We're from the desert and just wanted the idealic white Christmas, and that is what we got! The owners were very sweet and always kept a great communication with us! They even gave us an alternate route because one of the roads would've been closed because of the snow. We noticed lots of creeks and ponds around the area on the drive home and already started getting ideas for the summer!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 3/3

My husband and I rented this cabin with some friends for Christmas, and it was amazing! The pictures are beautiful but do not do the place justice. When we walked in we fell in love with the place. Not only is the cabin beautiful but the area is so peaceful! Angela was great and gave us tons of information and answered all of our questions. We were able to bring our dogs and they also loved the place! We drank coffee on the deck in the morning, went on walks and then relaxed the days away! We played games, watched movies, went sledding, played in the snow, cooked and just enjoyed our time together. I searched high and low for a cabin for us to rent and I am so happy that I found this one! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for being so great and letting us rent your extremely affordable cabin! It definitely went above and beyond our expectations in every way!Did you find this review helpful? We stayed in this cabin during Thanks giving weekend. We were eight including my 21/2 year old son. This place is amazing and the cabin is so beautiful and cozy. We felt so relaxed, the furniture, the beds, kitchen everything is so well maintained and shows how much the owners care about their property and ensure the guests are comfortable. This cabin provided the perfect environment for a our family get together. Duck creek is amazing, we were worried about the weather in winters but we were lucky the weather through out our stay was just perfect. It was such a pleasure to deal with the owner, she was so helpful providing information not only about the cabin but the area. We will definitely come back, maybe in summers next time!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: My husband and I are born and raised Las Vegans. We have 2 boys and enjoy being with each other and our kids. We look forward to our weekends at our cabin and getting out of the city life.
Why the Owner Chose Duck Creek Village:
Our family came up this mountain with our church about 8 years ago and we just fell in love with the area. We traveled back frequently over the years and one day decided to own a piece of this beautiful mountain. We bought our property in 2007 and had a cabin built in 2008.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
We have made great family memories here. Life, while on the mountain is not hurried, you have time to think and step back to enjoy nature and its beauty. Our family spends time with each other by playing games, hanging out by the firepit, sitting on the deck and watching the stars.
