This is not a 55 plus community but over half the homes are vacation homes and I do not know of any children that live here though it is child friendly.

Electricity is included up to $85.00 a month which is the average cost for a unit this size and includes the hottest and coldest months. Tenant will be expected to pay any excess over this amount.

A typical charge for water for two is $70.00. Charges over this amount with be paid by tenant. Bills will be provided upon request.
