Newly built in 2012 this remarkable four bedroom beach home commands amazing ocean views.
Situated in one of the best positions on Sunshine Beach the property offers direct beach access to one of the most pristine beaches in this area, with the patroled beach only 50 - 100 metres away.
The accommodation is arranged over three levels offering four good size bedrooms and a huge living/dining and kitchen area.
Each level has a north facing deck showing off those amazing direct views.

Sunshine Beach is an area that the locals try to keep quiet. An early morning surf, a walk along the beach, a coffee and paper from the local village - this is an area which quietly says the most about the natural beauty of our region. It's something for the modern traveller wishing the best of comfort in a serenely beautiful environment.
Sunshine Beach is situated around several hills and valleys and many properties obtain truly beautiful views all the way from Lion's Head to Mooloolaba. Even down on the beachfront, properties obtain wide views over the deep blue Pacific Ocean. These views along with the proximity to Noosa, has pushed the Sunshine Beach real estate to ever increasing record high prices.
The Noosa National Park can be accessed from Sunshine Beach, although there is very limited parking near the access points around McAnally Drive. The entry from Sunshine Beach is the fastest way to get to Alexandria Bay. 'A' Bay as it is known to the locals is an excellent surfing spot when the swell is up. Be warned though - it is also well known as a "clothes optional" beach so families should be warned before taking their kids to this secluded bay.
This would make for a perfect family getaway.
