This is a professionally decorated luxury Townhome on the world class Vista Cay resort in the heart of Orlando. Sleep up to 6 people in comfort.
Our spacious house has been recently furnished and equipped to a high standard. Free WI-FI and long distance calls are provided. Our home will delight both the business traveller or family.
Why rent in Kissimmee when you can be close to the theme parks(5 MIN SEAWORLD,10 MIN UNIVERSAL/DISNEY) restaurants and shopping of central Orlando? Walgreens and Publix supermarkets are very close for your convenience.
For business travellers Orange County Convention Center is just next door.
Vista Cay is a high end, gated resort on beautiful Lake Cay with clubhouse and pools. The clubhouse offers full concierge service, souvenir/convenience shop, games room, gym, movie theatre and computer suite. In the pool area we have a large HEATED infinity pool with plenty of loungers for your comfort. Also a hot tub, seperate children's pool and basketball court. The pool has a great atmosphere and both drinks and snacks are available.
The house is arranged on 3 floors with plenty of space (1746 sq ft) to spread out and RELAX.. giving everyone privacy.
All beds have good quality, cool white linens, and comfortable pillow topped matresses. A master king size bedroom with en-suite shower room is downstairs with a further king suite and twin bedroom on top floor(both en-suite with bath and shower over ) All bedrooms have TVs with cable service.
The middle floor is for that 'family time.' Open plan fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining and comfortable lounge area. Also a handy seperate half bathroom.For your entertainment there is a 42' HD TV with satellite services and DVD player, i-pod dock and CD Player. Nintendo Wii with sports resort games and board/card games.
Our award winning ( tripadvisor excellent and Flipkey top managers of 2011) property managers are on-site for your convenience. The house is inspected prior to each new guest's arrival so you are sure to find it in Tip-Top condition. Enjoy!

This property met and exceeded our family's expectations. The decor was tasteful and up to date. The property was very clean. The master suite on the first level was perfect for Meemaw, and the two bedrooms on the third level provided enough space for each of us to retreat for peace and quiet. The kitchen was equipped with basics- plenty to prepare our quickie vacation meals. The complex where the town home was located, was very quiet and well maintained. We never had the opportunity to use the pool. My only suggestion would be drapes/curtains in the bedrooms, both for heat and light control. Otherwise, this vacation rental is perfect!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
Owner response: I am so fortunate to have housekeepers with standards as high as my own, which leads to almost every guest commenting that the house is very clean. I've had e-mails in the past from people who have arrived in resort and found the unit they've rented is dirty in the hope that they can get into mine "last minute" instead. Not a good start to a vacation! On arrival you will find clean towels folded ready for use in each bathroom and the beds freshly made up with white linens. All of the bedrooms have window blinds.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a party of 5, with 2 children and it worked perfectly for us. Plenty of room and privacy for everyone. My husband, son and mother stayed here in February 2013. We loved the split level bedrooms. It allowed separation for my mother and us. My 1 year old had a crib, high chair and stroller provided. This was the first time we rented a condo versus staying on property at Disney. The unit was very clean and well equipped with extra towels, dish soap, dish detergent, etc. We weren't at the unit very much but it was nice to come back to a big space where everyone had their own room and space. Would definitely rent from here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children.

A great place to stay that exceeded my expectations. It is within walking distance to the convention center and convenient to the trolley. The property was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely Stay here againRecommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We stayed at your place right before Christmas and everything was great. We did quite a bit of cooking and even made a gingerbread houses .... we are young at heart! We really enjoyed a day to Winter Park .... but the trip to Florida Mall was terrible ... I couldn't believe the traffic. We're rather spoiled in Melbourne. Thanks for providing such a lovely place at a good value and thoughtful responses to my questions. Review submitted to management company web-site. We turned this beautiful townhome into our "home for the holidays"! It was beautiful and so well kept. The three levels allowed our all-adult family to spread out or to be together. We even cooked a Turkey dinner with all of the trimmings for Christmas Eve dinner. The location is splendid! It is just far enough away from Disney to escape the crazy crowds. The Vista Cay resort is quiet and peaceful. Then, just a short drive away, you can almost any store or restaurant on International Drive. Thank you, Ruth and company, for making our Christmas wishes come true! About the owner: We are a family of five from the UK and Orlando is our favorite destination for holidays. Our ages range from age 10 to adult and we have found that there is plenty to entertain us all here. We're too big now to fit comfortably into a hotel room and have bought our own holiday home here to share with guests.
Why the Owner Chose Orlando:
After visiting Orlando on MANY occasions to visit the theme parks we saw the Tuscan Themed Vista Cay resort in the course of construction and decided that this was THE location for a holiday home. It is so convenient. We could not imagine driving in from Kissimmee each day particularly in the Florida summer! Being so close to the restaurants of International Drive and Sand Lake Road in the evening also saves plenty of travelling.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
There is plenty of space and privacy for everyone in our home with each bedroom having an ensuite bathroom. The open plan living space means that everyone can come together for food and entertainment with TV, Wii, music and games.
