  My son and his wife stayed in this beautiful condo (we were in another in the same building.) Emi was extremely helpful beginning with the initial contact we made to the last day of the rental. The decor is beautiful. There is everything you need in the place to enjoy your stay. Being able to walk out on to the patio and then the beach was delightful. One recommendation is to rent a car. It could be very expensive to take the taxi every day. Red Hook is only about a mile away without a safe way to walk. There are some good restaurants that we enjoyed: Off the Grid at the top of the hill serves a good BBQ, in Red Hook we liked Pesce, Big Bamboo, Tres Amigos and Molly Maguires. We had delicious sandwiches at the Grotto Deli in the Mongoose Junction area do St. John. This was a great vacation spot and we do not hesitate to recommend it.

  Outstanding spot in the VI. VERY close to Red Hook with plenty of opportunity to eat, drink and be merry. Ferry in Red Hook takes you to St. John in a very quick 15 min trip. The beach at Sapphire is spectacular. Great place for a getaway for couples. I wouldn't go with young children. Condo was great. No problems. Comfy bed with all you'll need to enjoy your time.

  My recent stay at Sapphire Delmar was nothing short of perfect. The white sand beaches were pristine, and the water temperature ideal. The photos shown on the website accurately reflect the appearance of the unit, and everything you need for a short or long stay is included, even the orange beach towels. But while the inside of the unit is extremely well furnished and kept, the exterior of the condo buildings need some major work as they are very dated and worn from the elements. My only complaint/observation regarding the inside of the unit was the air conditioning, as it seemed to work intermittently. I was told that the AC unit has cut-off switches which activate when either of the entry doors to the unit are opened for a few minutes, however on two occasions the air shut down and I could not get it restarted for several hours. The location of the resort is somewhat remote, so a rental car is an absolute must! The area of Redhook is about a half mile to the east, with plenty of bars and restaurants to keep you fed and watered, as well as a supermarket to buy food if you prefer to have your meals in the unit. Several of the restaurants in Redhook have open air seating which overlook the Marina, so you can have picture perfect views while you dine. All in all, I had a wonderful time at Sapphire Delmar, and am already looking forward to making my next trip down there. Emi was fantastic during the booking process, and Kathleen and Gordon quickly took care of any issues or concerns that I had with the unit. If you have the opportunity to visit you will not be disappointed.

  This is our second time in this condo and we love every corner of it. Clean, nicely designed and full of little extras. With our new baby, a beach level unit and on top of it, walking distance to the ocean is jut the way to go. We could even enjoy the ocean while we were laying in bed. The kitchen is FULLY equipped. You have all the amenities. Perfect for cooking. Grocery store and restaurants are literally 5' away by car. If you did not rent one, you can call a taxi. Very easy. The fact that the unit has two patio options (one fully covered and another one shaded, both with seating) was the perfect option for us. We spent most of our days and nights there. Thank you! We will definitely recommend your place!

  My husband, 3 year old and I stayed at B106 the week of March 19th. Sadly it rained almost the entire week but thankfully the amenities in the condo were a great place to just relax and spend time together. The kitchen is stocked really well and we cooked several meals there. The bed and sofa were comfortable and we enjoyed watching movies from their library and the view from the unit.   Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation. Everything was perfect- photos do not do the place justice. Every comfort was there. Open the slider to the breath taking beach. I will stay here again for sure- absolutely first class!

  Hi Emi, I just wanted to let you know that we were very pleased with your condo. Everything was exactly as you said which means so much to us! The location of your condo is absolutely perfect and the decor is very nice. We like to cook most of our meals in the room and we had all the necessary utensils to make us feel right at home.
