  we are glad to have booked this nice vacation home for our family get together. The living area downstairs is very spacious and perfect to hangout for such a big group, especially the kitchen. Also, nice backyard - small and fenced, ideal for the little ones. We all enjoyed the entertainment room and pool table as well. Overall it’s a great value for money and we spent most of our trip at this vacation home only. Thanks Valerie

  Having this rental property was the best experience. The house was big enough for the family coming in from California and enough space for the people living in Texas to hang and a get to know each other again. This was my first time renting a vacation home and my experience was so positive, I do not want to rent a hotel on any more of my vacations. Thank you to the owner for this experience.   Hello, I'm Daniel Matthews. I've been trying to call the number online; however, I haven't been able to reach anyone. I have a group of about 12 who will need to stay October 1st - 2nd. I understand their is a reguirement of 3 nights min. If you're concerned about the setup, we can save you some effort and take it without all the preperation you would normally do. If you would consider a one night rental, we would be sure to leave the property in the condition we found it. If there would be any extra work required, we could do that as well. There are not many places as nice as yours and we have only two weeks left. I can also provide character references if you like. Thanks! Daniel

  We had a marvelous time at the beautiful home. The web site is boring compared to the real deal. It was a wonderful weekend. We had so much planned, but we only did half of it because we hated to leave the home. I appreciate your kindness. I hope to visit your home again in the future. Again thanks for everything!   I really enjoyed my stay at this home. The upstairs game area is amazing and we really enjoyed watching movies in the media room. Everything was immaculately clean, the beds were comfortable and my family thoroughly enjoyed it! Would definitely book again.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

  I booked the property on the weekend of Oct 1 through Oct 3 for a reunion with college buddies and such an awesome time we had. What made the weekend great was the house itself. Plenty of rooms and exceptionally clean. We loved the theater and the game room with the classic Centipede video game, slot machine and pool table. What a treat! we had lots fun with that pool table. We had everything we needed for our stay except food and drinks. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. The location is nicely tucked away for privacy but yet close too all other points of interest. We definitely plan to book the property again for our future get together. Kudos.........

  My first time renting a house for my extended family and it was the best experience! The agent was the sweetest to work with and the house was amazing! Much more than I expected and exactly as described on the website. My family raved all weekend over the accommodations and area. The neighborhood pool was great for the kids and we all just had a very enjoyable time. If I come back again I will definitely use this house and all of its wonderful amenities. I would like to bring a group of girlfriends for a weekend away and will be looking to rent this house again. Thanks so much for the enjoyable stay!!!
