perfect location for a family or two within easy walk of town lift and bottom of Main St stores, restaurants, and shopping. We walked to High West Distillery first night there (a must!) with five children varying in ages from 4-9 with not one complaint from the kids. The home is lovely- spacious and nicely decorated. Loved the heated floors!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: So great to hear your families enjoyed the house and you were able to take advantage of the closeness to town.

The home was in great shape. We had a great time and enjoyed cooking a lot in the kitchen. The run from Park City Resort is about 2 minutes walk down the road if even, although the lift was closed in town. We just got dropped off in the morning and ski'd home when we got tired. Pool table and shuffle board were also fun. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip!Owner response: Thank you for the great stay!

This property has a great location. The town lift was closed 1/2 the time for mech failure, but the shuttle system was more than adequate and stopped at the bottom of the hill. Very close to main street, which we walked to every night. The furnishings and decor were great. To be picky, I wish there was a bigger living room, but we did have 18 people there and its in a historic neighborhood. The place is great for 14 people, we overdid it with 18 and had some kids sleep on sofas and pallets on the floor, but it worked fine. Plenty of dishes and pans, good cooking area, but dining room is slightly crowded. It has a 1 car garage and not much street parking, but it was so convenient that it wasn't a problem. There was only 20 inches of base, but Park City did a spectacular job working with what they had to make it enjoyable. Watch out for the run down to the town lift called Quit'n Time. I saw a terrible accident there and it was pretty steep and icy.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.
Owner response: Thank you so much for your stay. We love that Texas energy in the house!

This was the very first time I had gone through VRBO to find a place to stay. The occasion was to celebrate the 50th birthdays of my High School buddies and me. We decided to fly in from all over the country to Park City to gather and catch up again. From the moment we walked in, we knew this would be a special trip and one we would remember the rest of our lives. The home was nothing less than spectacular. The kitchen and living room area is where we spent most of our time lounging and catching up with each other until all hours. We then would go back to our rooms which were perfect. We cooked a few nights, sat in the jacuzzi and relaxed all in the comfort of one of the nicest rental houses I could have imagined. That I found you and your wonderful home made me the hero. I want to thank you for making our stay truly one of the most special in my life. By the way, your renter reference manual was invaluable providing every detail we would need to understand to run every modern system in your house. From the lighting, fireplaces, music and every other electronic gadget you could imagine you stopped at nothing when equipping this home. Personally, you were a pleasure to work with and I just can't thank you enough for all that you did to accomodate us and make this such a memorable trip. For anyone that might be reading this I promise you this is an exceptional place and my enthusiasm is over the top. It was just that good. I intend to rent from Linsly again the next time I go to Park City or wherever else she and her family decide to purchase their next rental home. Thanks again!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
Owner response: I am printing and framing your note. It means so much to our family to read such kind words. Thank you! Come back SOON!

We stayed at this property over Thanksgiving and really enjoyed ourselves. A beautifully decorated and very comfortable house. Accomodated 4 adults and 5 kids well and downstairs gameroom was a big hit. Easy walking distance to downtown was great. Minor issues with lack of household supplies like extra toilet paper and bar soap was the only thing that separated it from five stars. Would definitely stay there again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
Owner response: Yikes! Thank you for flagging the sundries shortage. I am so sorry for the inconvenience. We should have those in place at all times. I so appreciate your letting us know. Come back anytime!

This is a great, cheerful, beautiful decorated house that works well for a large group, lots of kids, and a mix of families. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for meals for large gatherings, and, best of all, it is in a great location. It is an easy walk to town, to the park. and to the mountain. We will definitely stay there again, and recommend it to our friends!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, sightseeing.
Owner response: Thank you for your lovely visit!

This house was perfect for our rotating group of older and younger couples with 4 kids ranging from 2 to 8. Even with all bedrooms filled to capacity, things never felt cramped and we all slept well. The beds are comfortable and it was easy to sequester the kids from the adults as needed for napping and recreation (what a great downstairs rec room!), with the great room acting as the main gathering place for all. Much thought was put into the decor; the furniture is lovely, comfortable, and functional. The house's location is fantastic, as we appreciated the ease of the short walk in one direction to Main St./downtown and in the other direction to the FANTASTIC city park. Both walks were a breeze with our toddlers in their stroller. We had a great time and hope to return to this lovely house soon!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My family and I spent a wonderful 4th of July weekend in this house. It was perfect. Lots of space and comfort, a kitchen equipped with everything you need and more. Plus, it was clean as a whistle and close to town too. (I noticed as well that I could throw a rock to the nearest chairlift). I particularly appreciated the ability to separate loud adults talking in the living room/kitchen area from children sleeping in the "finished" basement downstairs (the scare quotes because I've rarely seen such a pleasant space below the main living area, furnished with a central game room, an enormous flat-screen TV, lots of natural light, two bedrooms, including one with bunks, and a full bath).Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: We loved having you and your fantastic family!

We just returned from a huge and happy family and friends reunion (New Hampshire people, 3 generations, total of 54 people ages 14 months to 80 years) in Park City. We were the lucky ones because we stayed in Norfolk Home. There were 10 of us, ages 2 years to 80 years, and there were still beds left-over. Sparkling clean, wonderful color sense, great appliances, comfortable beds and elegant large bathrooms. House is more spacious than you realize at first. One night, our night to host dinner, we served pizza (14 large) and salad to 46 people, indoors and outdoors and there was room for all. The house is a short walk from Main Street, from the chair lift, from a wonderful city park, great restaurants if you must eat out, Make your reservations now for a fabulous stay in Park City at 915 Norfolk! Lucky you!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

The house was perfect! Everyone had a great time here... Our family stayed here over the Christmas holiday, which included young kids, pre-teens, teenagers, and five adults. The house had more than enough room for all of us! Our family is looking forward to coming back to Park City, and staying in this home again!Did you find this review helpful?
