  Well all I can say is this is the very best Vacation spot my wife and I have ever stayed at and we have done two years in a row for 30 days each time. Our hosts have made sure we are given a super clean Condo that ahs everyting you can hope for. I highly recommend this codo for the descriminating vacationer if your looking for a trly wonderful secure place that is close to everything.To sum it all up "We can't wait till next year". A++++++ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

  I went in January to stay in this condo with my family including four year old twins. Prior to our trip, Liz was attentive and prompt with her instructions and mailed us the gate opener well in advance. The apartment was clean and exactly as described. The rooms were comfortable, the kitchen was perfectly stocked, it was very well stocked and even had two boogy boards we could use. The beach was close by and beautiful and we spent time by the scenic infinity pool (which was a little cold but still worth a swim). I'd highly recommend this to my friends and would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

  This property was beautiful, and perfect for our needs. Very clean, nicely furnished, comfortable beds. Great location and incredible veiw--we will be back!

  Excellent sunset views from the balcony. The apartment was very clean. It has everything you need as in a hotel or moreeee. The beds were really comfortables, loved the mattresses and pillows. Excellent a/c's, tv's, fans. All you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The owners, Liz and Americo, were available when you need it. Beautiful infinity pool and pool area. Will repeat my stay.

  Absolutely Fantastic Place to just enjoy the Beauty of Puerto Rico. Our stay was the best ever. The Condo was spotless and furnished to relax and enjoy yourself. Most Comfortable Beds and living room Furniture. A wonderful Balcony to sit and enjoy the wonderous sunsets on the Blue Waters. To be very honest this was the most relaxing place my wife and I have ever spent time at and i'm talking a long time as we have been married 48 years. The near by resturants are teriiffic and the locals were wonderful extreemely polite and so helpful. So To Sum it all up I give this Resort a 5 Star +++++++ Rating. You won't be disapointed, Believe me!!!!

  The property cannot be accurately described by the pictures. The landscaping and maintenance are excellent. The sunsets must be experienced. The owners have thought of every comfort and convenience for a condo. Mattress was pillow top and very comfortable. Pull out bed in family room is great for kids. Wide screen TV's (3) with blu-ray players, stainless steel appliances and washer dryer, full kitchen make you feel at home. Beach chairs we found in the closet a little late, so we bought a beach chair at Walgreens we left iftas a parting gift. Cable box in the guest bedroom burnt out, owners had a new one the next day for us. They called a number of times to see if everything was okay. Super markets were like home with Econo by the airport and Amigo at the mall being the best ones I found. Restaurants near by IL pomodoro very good Italian. Also creativa cocina were our favorites. Horseback riding on the beach at Rincon was just like in the brochure. We were four adults and two children and we have to say this was a very quite and relaxing change from those crowded and noisy all inclusive resorts. We hope we can come back next year,so I think I'll stop here.

  On my experience staying in your condo was excellent. The condo y very home warming and is a excellent place for family staying. I would consider staying in this place on personnal time (vacations)

  I just stayed at this condo all last week. It was the best place I had ever stayed at. The condo had everything we needed and it is beautifully decorated. Very modern. It was very clean and had the most spectacular views. The pool was amazing. The owners have 3 big flat screen tvs and a blue ray disc player in the main tv area. They also have 2 pull out couches. Plenty of room. It is just a 5 minute walk to the beach. There were plenty of good eateries, Cielo Mar was our favorite. A car is definitely a must though. All in all a perfect place to stay at a very affordable. I cant think of anything negative. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

  We stayed at this condo for 5 days and the views were spectacular. Very well kept and equipped with everything that you could possible imagine. Rooms were neatly kept and so was the kitchen. Overall descriptions were spot on. The pool area was beautiful and green areas were well kept as well. Only small challenge was that we had to drive to the nearby beach, which was about 3-5 minutes away (driving distance) for us beach lovers. Maybe the complex owners might build walkway to the beach soon?! that would be great if they do. All in all we had an amazing time and my children are already asking when can we stay at this condo again.
