Beautiful new three bedroom Ocean View home with a private pool. Howler monkeys and exotic birds often visit the property.
The house is on an acre of land with total privacy. There great sunsets every night. High enough to enjoy the prevailing winds from Lake Nicaragua. It keeps the house cool. You will rarely need to use the air-conditioners.
Casa Zuli is a traditionally built ranch style home using lots of local tile and quality finishes. It has three good sized bedrooms, each with sliding glass doors and great views of the Pacific. The sliding doors open onto the patio and pool deck area. You can look up the coast and enjoy a view of Popoyo’s Outer Reef and beyond.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed. In one of the other two bedrooms there are 2 twin beds and the third bedroom has a queen sized bed.
Thanks to the off shore winds and steady deep water Pacific Swell, this is one of the best areas on the planet for surfing. The climatic effects of nearby Lake Nicaragua cause result in offshore winds over 300 days a year. That’s not just for a few hours in the morning, but all day long!
Right here in Rancho Santana you can enjoy 2 world class waves. The break at Playa Santana works best on the hours closest to high tide. There are three peaks are A-frame barreling beach breaks with lots of good lefts and rights.
A short walk South around the rocks from Playa Santana is Playa Rosada. It's a left point reef break that works best at low tide. Playa Rosada holds up to double overhead.
There are well known and unknown breaks along the whole region. No matter what the tide is or the swell direction there is always a spot that's working. There are A-frame beach breaks, classic point breaks, and outside reef breaks with waves large enough to invite tow-ins.

I visited Nicaragua and fell in love with the country. Then I visited Rancho Santana and decided this was the best oasis in the country. This home is on an acre of hill top with a great ocean and mountain view.
