Built in 1984, at Tahoma, this vacation home is only two blocks from Lake Tahoe (west shore). Located at the end of sparsely built on road, this lovely two-story home has three bedrooms, loft, and two full baths. Open beam ceilings throughout the house with approximately 1800 square feet of living area.
The master bedroom upstairs has a shared bath with the loft. The loft overlooks the living room and has its own TV where the kids can play games and entertain themselves.
The kitchen is open through the bar area and the living room opens by two sliding doors to the front deck. On the opposite wall of the fireplace is the entertainment center with CD, DVD, VCR, TV, and stereo.
Close to Meeks Bay, Sugar Pine State Park, Homewood Ski Resort (one mile), Tahoe City is seven miles. Nearby is Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadow ski resorts. There are two sledding hills you can walk to. Plowed driveway in the winter.
Bedding information is three queens, and two singles, sofa sleeper(Queen) and one roll a-away. Sleeps ten comfortably. There is a detached, one-bedroom, one-bath unit available for a ski lease along with the main house. Parking for up to eight cars.
