Welcome to our home. Built in 2010, our new three bedroom, two bath villa features new contemporary styling and décor, high ceilings with ceiling fans in all rooms, and a great room for entertaining or relaxation. Our home is fully furnished and equipped. You can choose to dine in, breakfast on the lanai or travel to the many restaurants available for your convenience. The master suite contains a king size bed, the other two guest bedrooms each contain queen size beds. Check out the attached pictures. Cable TV, DVD, Wi-Fi, laundry facilities and an emergency telephone are included. There is a private lanai and courtyard that offers a quiet respite after a day at play. The garage has room enough for your vehicle and our golf cart.
Our home is centrally located in Boxwood Villas, in “Pennecamp Village”, in The Villages, FL. We are located just minutes from Lake Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs that serve as the hub of activity. There is live nightly entertainment, shopping, dancing and dining.
For your convenience, our beautiful red golf cart is at your disposal while you are visiting. Put the car in the garage and forget about it. You are surrounded by beautiful golf courses and have easy access to shopping, excellent restaurants and nightly live entertainment in the town squares.
With your Villages ID, golfing on the executive courses is free for a nominal trail fee and the country club courses are available at a reduced cost. Your Villages ID entitles you to all the amenities of a full time resident; use of the recreation centers, swimming pools, tennis, pickle ball, boccie ball, shuffle board, card games, dance lessons, billiards, archery, boating, fishing, art classes, reduced rates at the movie theaters and much, much more. Be sure to get one.
SeaWorld, Disney World, Universal Studios are conveniently located from The Villages.

About the owner: My husband and I grew up in the hubbub of California. An avid golfer, my husband has been looking for a retirement community that would satisfy his need to golf everyday. We found it at The Villages. All the other activities were just icing on the cake. I love to dance and there is no end to it here.
