  "Thank you so much for the hospitality. This place is so comfortable and decorated like it is from a catalog. This vacation is one of the best our family has ever enjoyed. My son-in-law always picks first class places and this is among one of my favorites. Your family photos made me feel like an extension of your family. I love to cook and the kitchen is amazing and no matter where everyone was I felt a part of the festivities because of the layout.   "It's hard to know where to begin. As I told you, we have been coming to Bass Lake for vacation since 2000. We stayed at the Pines for many years but have been so disappointed with their condition and service. Your beautiful home has renewed our love for the area.   Thank you for everything. The place was perfect. We had a great time. Family dinners by the fireplace every night was just what the doctored ordered. We took several walks around the lake and spent a day in Yosemite with the snow. Everyone had a great time! Thanks again.

  My husband and I catch up with his family - his three sisters and their spouses - every year at a VRBO. We've been to Charleston, SC, Gatlinburg, TN, Duck, NC and now Bass Lake, CA. We all loved this house. There was room to spare for the 8 of us, and the proximity to Yosemite and Sequoia National Park (King's Canyon) made it the best place we could have chosen. Working with Janice made it that much more enjoyable. We would come back - the house is wonderful - but next year we're all off to San Antonio, Texas. Thank you, Janice, for sharing your home. Another great memory for the Torreys.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
