This unit is a direct beach front townhouse with shared heated pool. Gasparilla island is a 6 mile long barrier island protecting Charlotte harbor. This is a wonderful, quaint island with no high rises blocking the breath taking view.
Our unit # 1 is an end unit which allows privacy. This is our first time renting after 21 years of ownership. It is a second home to us and furnished and decorated for a lifestyle of comfort and relaxation.
Our island has a path that runs its entire length that is perfect for walking, running, rollerblading, or bicycling. Golf carts are available for renting which is an ideal way to see the island. Our downtown is full of quaint shops, great restaurants, galleries, a park, and a library.
The world famous tarpon and snook fishing is what lured us to this beautiful island. Boca Grande is known for its flats fishing as well.
Boca Grande is a special island. When you come over the bridge there is a feeling of pure bliss.

This unit was perfect for me and my family! The easy access to the beach (less than 20 yards) was exactly what we were looking for. The unit was clean and the description offered on the website was detailed and accurate. The owner called to check in with us to make sure everything we needed was there. I would highly recommend this property to those who are looking for a comfortable, affordable and beautiful environment to vacation.
