This newly renovated seaside retreat is the perfect vacation rental for a large group or families vacationing together! This beautiful beach home offers 6 spacious bedrooms decorated in vibrant designer cottage colors, brand new furniture, and the largest private pool and decking on the block. An easy stroll down the picturesque boardwalk to the beach makes this house the perfect choice for your next vacation.
Our home is conveniently located in the middle of the island, between Palmetto Dunes Resort and Folly Field, just down from the Westin Hilton Head Resort and Spa. 37 Bradley Beach Road is situated just a few houses away from one of the Island's main beach areas complete with bathroom facilities, a playground, cookout/picnic area and a super nice boardwalk to the beach. Within minutes of stepping out of the house, you can be enjoying the Island's white sandy beaches and soaking up the sun. Only a 3-4 minute walk from the front door to the sand!
We are within walking distance of the town's newest and biggest park, CHAPLIN PARK. Here you will find nice basketball courts, lighted tennis courts, soccer and baseball fields, large shaded children's playground, walking/biking trails and even a fenced in doggy park.....all FREE of charge! Bradley Beach is centrally located, only a short drive away from Hilton Head's best shopping, dining and our world-famous golf courses. Fun family style activities like miniature golf and go-carts are also nearby.
Should you want to spend your time relaxing at the house, our home’s private pool retreat with expansive decking and forest surrounding the backyard is the jewel in this home's crown. The large deck and pool area is where you may want to spend a lot of time whether it's grilling on the new gas grill or just lounging poolside with a tropical drink.
Our beautifully renovated home has hardwood floors throughout, brand new furniture, and has been designed with your comfort in mind. The home has the following accommodations:
- 6 bedrooms, 2 of which are master suites
- 5 queen bedrooms, plus a bedroom with a trundle (2 twins) and a set of bunkbeds (2 twins). There is also a hide-away mattress in the downstairs master that can be used like a pull out sofa

We just finished staying at this property for a small family reunion over the 4th of July. There were 9 adults, and 5 children ranging in age from 1 year to 7 years old. The house was perfect for our group. All of the adults were able to sleep in their own private bedroom, and most of the kids shared the bunk room. It was nice that there were so many bathrooms as well. The pool was a good size, and shaded in the afternoon which was key for our kids after spending mornings out in the sun at the ocean. The deck was large especially compared with the neighbors, and provided lots of outdoor seating for our meals. My one thing that I would request is that a gate gets installed on the upper deck to keep the kids from going down into the pool area unattended. Otherwise, we had a fantastic time at this house, and definitely will come back. Also, Angie, the owner was incredibly prompt when we needed her :) Thanks!!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Great house in great location. Grandparents can stay on first floor. Then 5 bedrooms on second floor. Bunkroom perfect for young boys. Pink room for girls. The bathrooms are arranged great with access from hall or bedrooms. Well equiped kitchen. Large deck with several tables and nice pool. Owners were easily contacted with any question. Close to markets, including Sam's and specialty stores. Hope to come back often, would not bother to look for anything better!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We go to Hilton Head as a family every year and this is the 2nd year in a row to this property and we plan to return to this property next year and most likely any year that we need a 6 bedroom house as long as it continues to be affordable. The location is perfect for us and the pool makes it a hit with the kids. The house and pool are clean and well maintained and we had no issues the entire week. The owners added wireless Internet this year which indicates they take into consideration the needs of their renters. There are beach items for the kids at the house and also for the pool which reduces the items we need to pack for the trip. We have vacationed for many years and stayed in many different rentals and this is by far the best we have rented overall.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

We were a group of men in Hilton Head for a golf outing. Very nice place. Enjoyed the pool. Easy access to beach and centrally located on island. We had no complaints at all except some light bulbs needed to be replaced in bathroom. I would definitely stay there again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

37 Bradley Beach is as advertised. We enjoyed staying here very much and would be glad to stay there again. The house is very well kept, clean and modern. The highlights for us were the spacious kitchen and family room as well as the large deck and pool. Best of all, it's a short walk to the beach through a nice park.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Fabulous place to rent. We stayed from November 30th to December 5th. Angie (owner) is wonderful to interact with. Everything was seamless. I am an architect and interior designer and think they did a wonderful job remodeling the house. The colors are wonderful. They've got that caribbean feel they were after. Plenty of everything in the house.......dishes....towels.....glasses.....etc.... We had my family group stay there for my father's memorial service and everyone loved it. We called it the "Big Chill" house (check out the movie that was actually filmed in nearby Beaufort. We didn't go in the pool because the weather was a little too chilly but the pool looked inviting. Great deck out back with tables and grill. It's fun to stay in a house where you can tell the owner loves it. Have fun!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

We had 10 people 4 girls, 6 guys playing in a soccer tournament for the weekend and it was great to have a room for each person practically and for each married couple. The heated pool was great for the group to relax in after becoming sore from playing soccer all day, and walking to the beach was nice and jumping in the ocean in Nov was a nice ice bath for our knees post playing all day. We spent a lot of time in the pool. I recommend this place to stay. I have stayed at other VBRO places, and this place was a good place to stay. I will say, this was the first place that required us to bring all amentities, ie. toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, and dish washer soap. I was caught a little off guard about this, but the grocery store is right down the road to help out. Good place to stay.Recommended for: Families with young children, tourists without a car.

We had a wonderful visit in this home. The owners did a beautiful job decorating. It is located in the center of the island so we were close to everything. The beach was close by and when if you just wanted to lounge, there was a great pool on the property. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved having dinner on the patio out back. We will definitely use this home again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a delightful stay at the coast thanks to our stay in this home. It was perfect for our family's vacation/wedding trip. The ages in our party spanned from 13 to 81 and everyone was happy there! The rooms are large, bright and fresh The entire house and grounds are well-maintained. I loved the spacious laundry room located just off the kitchen-how convenient for keeping towels dry and sandy or wet clothes out of the floor. We love to cook at the beach, and we found the kitchen well-equipped for all of our meals.Our son, the "Master Grillman" even hit the Fresh Market for steaks and grilled them on the porch grill. They were delicious! And of course, the pool was a hit with everyone. We found the water in the pool was totally warm enough for swimming without being heated. We enjoyed swimming and watching the eagle that soared overhead a few times! I might also mention the small state park located at the end of the street. There is a great play area for children and a lovely boardwalk for that walk to the beach. It also has well-maintained restrooms that make a long day on the beach easier. The house looks just as pictured on VRBO. There are so very many activities to enjoy in the area that one could stay a month and never tire of the restaurants, shopping, historic areas, outdoor activities, etc. The whole renting process was quite simple, thanks to the owners. This house is especially well-suited to couples or families with children.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Great house, perfect for a family vacation... Our first experience with a VBRO rental and we are more than happy with this house. I cant tell you how much everyone enjoyed staying in 316996. It was clean with plenty of room for everyone in our group (14people) The house is modern and well kept, with lots of amenities, and sooo close to the beach. The owners made the whole process of renting so easy. The best part of our stay... NO SURPRISES... what we saw and read is what we got, the photo's and description really do reflect the appearance of the house. The owners were correct it has the nicest pool and deck area of all the homes, (I dont think the pictures really did it justice.). I will be returning next year,Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
