Charming, centrally located Condo nestled in the mountains of Breckenridge. Everything you need is within walking distance: it is just steps from the Snowflake lift and 1½ blocks from the shopping, restaurants, and nightlife on Main Street (the free shuttle also runs up Four O'Clock Road if you would prefer to ride). You can take the short walk (or an even shorter drive) to the Upper Village Pool, where there are beautiful hot tubs, a heated indoor pool, and locker/ changing rooms!
The kitchen is fully remodeled and the gas fireplace will keep you warm and comfy. You can keep your car and equipment in the heated garage and grill out for Apres on the private deck with your own gas grill! The private (free) washer and dryer are great for keeping your clothes fresh and dry after a long day on the hill. Cozy up on either the couch or chaise lounge (which can also be used for sleeping if 3-4 people want to share the condo) to watch TV or a DVD on the modern flat screen.

We stayed for an extended weekend for some skiing at Breckenridge. It was the perfect location to the Snowflake Lift each morning. We skied all day and then it was a short walk to Main Street for dinner and a little shopping. We enjoyed the coziness of the condo and the full kitchen is a major plus! We will definitely be back!! Stayed here with my brother for about 3 days to ski at Breckenridge. It was probably a 3 minute walk up the street to the Snowflake lift, and 10-15 minutes very easy walk into the town of Breckenridge every night for dinner. Excellent location and close to everything, including the hot tub/heated pool. Very comfortable stay, I would recommend it to anyone!! I have stayed in approx. 20 properties in Breckenridge over the years and it just doesn't get any better than this. The condo is about 200 yards from the Snowflake lift, so you can be on the lift in the morning, in and out for lunch, or home at the end of the day in about 2 minutes. The unit is comfortably decorated and furnished without being so glitzy you are afraid to live in it and has any amenity one might need. It has a gas fireplace in the living area, operated by a thermostat, which makes being cozy all the easier. I loved having the washer and dryer right in the condo, no waiting in line at a laundry room or hauling clothes back and forth. The kitchen is fully stocked, full size fridge and oven, dishwasher, disposal, blender, toaster, etc...if you need it or want it, it is there. After skiing, or your other adventures in off skiing seasons, it is less than a 5 minute walk to Main St. and all the food, drinks and nightlife Breck has to offer. If you do have a car, there is a heated 1 car garage that goes with the condo, so no ice scraping or 10 minutes of shivering when you do take your vehicle out. A bonus is that all this comes at a price that is substantially lower than many places I have stayed with less convenience or fewer amenities. Lastly, if all this isn't enough, and it certainly should be, the owner is the most friendly and gracious person I have ever worked with when renting a vacation home. You can not go wrong spending your vacation here!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Beautiful house, very close to the ski lift, and the town. We had an issue with the ice build at the house, but Amanda was an excellent help. Goes to show that at time of need, the service will be efficient. The fire place was amazing and I recomend any couple wanting to escape to a romantic weekend in the mountains, this is the place to go.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

This place is really convenient - you don't need to even use your car after arriving. We felt right at home - really cute and cozy! Lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby, basically right at the bottom of the slopes so you don't have to go far for anything, Would definitely recommend it!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Excellent place for your getaway. Truly just a few steps away from snowflake lift! Place is comfortable, clean and well equipped. Having a washer and dryer extremely helped and we were able to cook dinner in the remodeled kitchen. Walking distance to main street for dinner and entertainment.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

The perfect location to all Breckenridge has to offer! Steps from the slopes, and just a few blocks the main strip for restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. The condo is extremely comfortable, everything is in great shape. Even has a washer/dryer! Why stay anywhere else!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

I couldn't believe how easy it was to get back to the condo at the end of the day. We skied right off the slopes, down the sidewalk, right up to the front door. How easy is that? This place is within walking distance to numerous bars and restaurants downtown. Simply park your car in the garage during your stay and you'll have no problem getting around to see the sights.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: I think Breckenridge is pretty awesome. I lived here for several years and think that it is absolutely beautiful in every season! I visit town as often as I can and there is never a lack of events, entertainment, and all around fun!
Why the Owner Chose Retreat:
I originally bought this condo to occupy it, which I did for almost 3 years. I love that I can walk anywhere in town: Main Street, the ski lifts, and to countless restaurants and nightlife spots. I also find it great that, although Breckenridge is an ideal, quaint ski town, it is in close proximity to other ski areas, such as Keystone, A-Basin, Vail, Beaver Creek, and Copper Mountain.

Since I lived in this property, it has all of the comforts of home. I made many upgrades, such as a totally new kitchen, deck, and gas fireplace. I hope you love this place as much as I do!
