The Crescent 102 is a beautiful modern condo, a first floor corner unit, facing the Monashee Mountains. The large entrance with heated slate floors and mirrored closet doors greet you as you enter this lovely residence. To the right is the master bedroom and ensuite. To the left is the second bedroom and main bathroom. Then into a beautifully furnished open plan kitchen, dining and living area.
The Kitchen has an attractive curved breakfast bar with 4 leather bar stools. The cabinets are dark wood with stunning granite worktops, stainless appliances and slate floors. This fully equipped kitchen comes with a large stainless sink and built in drain rack which adds to the modern decor of this sophisticated accommodation.
A separate dining area has large windows that let in floods of natural light. The table is dark wood, and has seating for eight people.
The living area has a large rough granite fireplace with comfortable leather sofas, 2 armchairs, a coffee table and side tables with lamps. Two large picture windows overlook Whitehorse Lane and on to the spectacular Monashee Mountains beyond. A 31” flat screen TV, DVD Player and Stereo are in place for your entertainment .
Off the living room is the balcony with the same dramatic views, offering a private hot tub and barbeque.
The master bedroom is nearest the dining/kitchen area. This room has a queen bed, bedside tables, lamps and alarm clock. There is plenty of cupboard space with a double closet and a dresser. The ensuite has a full bathroom suite with heated floors, and RentChalets provides complimentary bathroom products, including toilet paper and towels.
The second bedroom features a single over queen bunk, with a bedside set of drawers, lamp, alarm clock and a double closet.
Main bathroom has full bath suite heated floors with steam shower to soak away tired muscles. Towels, shampoos and conditioners are again provided.
A laundry cupboard in the entrance has an iron and ironing board, and a boot dryer. The washing machine, dryer are located in a different closet with the detergent, that RentChalet also provides.
Ski access is on the first floor and takes you right onto the groomed run ‘Village Way’. There is a ski and board rack at this door for your convenience, and a ski locker is located in the garage.
There is underground parking in The Crescent complex with room for one vehicle - excess parking is at Happy Valley. Happy Valley Day Lodge is a 5 minute walk down from The Crescent, and Big White Village Center is a five minute walk up.
