This unit is fully equipped with beach chairs, toys, & some fishing equipment. It's a quiet building & our ground floor location, steps from the enclosed pool is ideal for young families. Renting Sat - Sat preferred.

Perfect location and view, very comfortable and nicely furnished. You could not get closer to the beach or have a closer view to the ocean! Really liked that I could just walk in & out of my unit without going into stairs or elevator. Much better value than any hotel!

About the owner: Am now retired, but remain very active with golf, teaching line dancing over the years, and still sing in the band! I love to share this unit with others and share the expenses while I am at it!

Location and direct proximity to the beach & ocean. You can sit in the living room and look out to the ocean and the beach with a coffee in your hand. You also see amazing sunrises from the unit. You can walk to many amenities, lots to see at the beach but still a quiet location.
