My dear guests, we invite you to stay in our brand new home, finished in 2011 in Legacy of the Lely Community of Naples Florida. This property features a membership to the near by Players Club!!!! The home is 2160 square feet plus a large enclosed lanai, overlooking the lake! This home is ground floor and all on one level. The wonderful enclosed lanai off of the Living Room has a gorgeous view of the lake and fountain which is lighted at night. You can watch the birds and other wildlife at the lake while you sip your morning coffee. Legacy is located in prestigious Lely and is the only all inclusive Naples-based resort style community in Naples, Completed in January of 2011 with gorgeous architecture and its own resort-style amenities at the Players Club. The Players Club & Spa is part of the total lifestyle package that residents expect from contemporary country clubs.
Offering over 20,000 square feet under air, The Players Club & Spa features a 3,500 square foot fitness center, a 2,500 square foot social and dining room, a 1,200 square foot aerobics room, an arts and crafts room, a card room, a media room, billiards room and a theater room. Outside, in a tropical setting, is a resort-style pool and spa with a cabana and tiki area recently outfitted with outdoor TVs to see the magic of every game that is being played while enjoying the beautiful outdoors. If your bag is golf, there are two-championship golf courses on site - the Flamingo Island Golf Course designed by Robert Trent Jones and the Mustang Golf Course by Lee Trevino; these are extremely well maintained and are located right in Lely Resort. You can "pay as you play." The clubhouse has a well-supplied pro shop and locker rooms. After a day of golf, enjoy lunch, dinner or cocktails at the clubhouse restaurant and bar, which overlooks the course. Dozens more outstanding golf courses are nearby. In addition to the Players Club, there is also a clubhouse with kitchen and private pool which are just a two minute walk from your front door!
Be our guest and rest and relax in this brand new COACH HOME professionally furnished and completely equipped to satisfy your every need during your stay. With 2160 Square feet and a ground floor unit with no stairs and gorgeous views overlooking the lake and fountain, it features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with granite countertops. The master suite is large and has a large garden tub along with a roomy walk-in shower. Watch a show on cable TV or one of the DVD movies on a 40 inch high definition TV from the comfort of the king size bed or the large high definition TV in the living room.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The kitchen is spacious with beautiful granite counters and a separate dining area. It is fully equipped for any cooking project. The fine furnishings in this home will make you feel like you are at a luxury resort. There is a two-car garage and off street parking. The entire neighborhood is walker & bike friendly. Just a short drive to the local shopping center and market. You can also go fishing in one of the many lakes of the resort and the gulf of Mexico is just minutes away.
The Naples Beach and Pier is a 15 minute car ride. The Isle of Capri is 5 minutes away. Marco Island and its beaches are 10 minutes away. This area offers a lot including the Everglades National Park, Sugden Theater, the Philharmonic and so much more. Fort Myers international airport is 30 miles away and the Miami Airport 100 miles.
This is the perfect getaway for couples! Lely is the most popular new community in Naples. The waterfall pool is breathtaking!!! It is Better than what you would find at any top hotel. Once you experience Lely and the Players Club, you'll never want to stay anywhere else in Naples. We have your home professionally cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival. A $1500 deposit is refundable less cleaning fee which is usually $150 to $175. This will be professionally handled by our Home Manager in Naples.

About the owner: My wife and I live in the Black Hills of South Dakota. She is originally from the Ukraine. We fell in love with the Naples area and purchased our first "Second home" there in 2008. In 2011 we decided to upgrade and buy in the Legacy Community which has the Players Club Membership and other nice features including all one level ground floor living, a lake view and an enclosed lanai which we love! In 10 years we hope to be able to spend 4 or 5 months out of the year there but until we can afford to do that we enjoy sharing our home with guests from around the world.
