  We arrived and it was picture perfect. I would recommend this place and I would definitely stay here again. It was perfectly clean, decorated, and had everything you needed like you were at home. The surrounding community is a very nice vacation spot. I was really happy that there was a little porta-crib for my baby. Thank you guys again!

  Beautiful accommodations. Had everything we could think of and more. Each room had queen bed and its own balcony. No fighting over who got which room as all were great. Quiet and peaceful resort. Good location to go to theme parks and beaches. Was great to sit in the living room with the double screen doors open, smelling the ocean breezes and watching the ships in and out of the harbor. Recommend especially for parents with young kids or college kids!

  It was a beautiful spot. Quiet area. Sunrise in the morning just breathtaken. On the beach we enjoyed the sunset almost everynight. Enjoyed taking my 9 yr. old grandson on the pier to fish. Everything in walking distance, pool, beach, and marina. A lot of stairs, but you get in shape and good exercise. Clean but needs new carpet on stairs and elsewhere that don't show the dirt or put in wood floors. Could use new sheets on the beds also. Thoroughly enjoyed and quiet area between April 28- May 12th.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

  Owner response: Thank you for the review. Carpets are cleaned regularly sorry if someone had left some stains behind. We do plan to replace the hall carpet. We also have recently replaced all bedding. Thank you for the comments. We are always wanting to know if there is an issue and correct it.

  Very nice condo. Steps were a killer for me but I loved sitting on the balcony having breakfast! Would definitely recommend.

  We enjoyed our stay at the townhouse and we were really happy that Tina let us in early. The layout of the unit was perfect, allowing my parents to have a queen bed on the first level instead of having to climb stairs. The condo had all the needed kitchen equipment but we had to get our own beach chairs, etc. There were limited chairs and few umbrellas at the resort beach. The views from the decks were nice, more so on the canal where we saw manatees, dolphins and osprey. The owners of the condo were easy to work with and help us with all our questions. The resort itself needs some repairs but the staff and amenities were still overall very good. It was the perfect location to go to the beaches of Fort De Soto and the ice arena in Tampa, which gave us lots of choices to get off site. The onside restaurant is excellent, good food and prices. The tiki bar was also very good. We loved the site for all the wildlife but it was a 5-10 minutue drive to any other restaurants.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children.

  This place was great. All three bedrooms had their own large private balacony as well as a large balcony off the greatroom, with great views from all of them. There are three full bathrooms, washer & dryer, dishwasher, everything you need. The house has a real nice layout also. There are three pools as well as a hot tub to enjoy and they are all beautiful. There is even a nice private beach to use on the resort. I can't say enough about the place, you have go see for yourself. Be sure to bring your camera!
