This is a recently updated, first floor, two bedroom, two bath oceanview condo in a low-rise oceanfront building, with a spacious pool area and beautifully landscaped grounds. It is south of the Garden City pier. You can enjoy breathtaking sunrises over the Atlantic and sunsets over the inlet waterway.
One of the finest restaurants on the Grand Strand, Gulfstream Cafe is within walking distance. Indigo Wells and Indigo Creek Golf Clubs are mintues away. Wild Water and Wheels Park is also close-by. Enjoy the best seafood on the strand at the many restaurants (Bovine's, Drunken Jack's) of Murrells Inlet just minutes away. Broadway at the Beach, Market Commons, Hudson Flea Market are all nearby.
This area of beach is very wide with multiple sand dunes. This area is only zoned for beach homes and low-rise condo complexes which gives it more of an island feel and makes for an un-crowded, quiet beach any time of year.
The complex sits on an extra large lot with an oversized pool, courtyard, and grilling area that makes it very accommodating for families. The view from our balcony does not face any other complex or building to give you ultimate in privacy and unobstructed views. This is very uncommon on the Grand Strand.
Condo is very well maintained and newly renovated. Master bedroom is equipped with a new 32' LCD TV and DVD player as well as the living room.
The beach is the widest and most beautiful on the southern strand. A short walk and you can be at the jetty where the inlet and ocean waters meet, ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL SPOTS YOU'LL EVER EXPERIENCE.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here! It felt like you were away from all the commercialized setting that myrtle beach has, however you were close if you wanted to go! We would love to stay here again! Very nice beach and wasn't overcrowded like many of the areas are with the higher rise buildings! I highly recommendRecommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Everything was wonderful...the beach was nice and wide with plenty of room to build sand castles. We also loved that the beach was not very crowded. Condo was great and everything very clean well kept. We would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: My husband are Ohio natives and I have been coming to this area for 18 years. Our first experience was in the northern part of Myrtle Beach which was a little to busy for us. When we visited Surfside/Garden City Beach and seafood row of Murrells Inlet we were 'hooked.'
Why the Owner Chose Garden City Beach:
My wife and I have owned property in the area for 15 years. Several times we drove to the Garden City peninsula just to walk the wide quiet beach to the point where the ocean meets the inlet. Finally the opportunity presented itself and we purchased a condo in our dream location.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
It is nice after a day of enjoying all the attractions the area has to offer to go back to a beautiful quiet beach to enjoy the night ocean breeze. It also is a big plus to be within walking distance of the Gufstream Cafe! We also are just minutes from the Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk, with great views of the Inlet, boat rentals, and the finest restaurants and live music in the area.
