  My wife, myself, and our 22 month old just got back from a great week in Puerto Rico. We could not have asked for a better location to stay at. A fantastic view, comfortable unit, everything we needed for our son including toys, beach chairs, etc. Eleni was a great host and was available whenever we needed her. She offered up great advice whenever needed! You can not go wrong with this unit and we would highly recomend staying in this location.

  Beautiful apartment with break taking views of the ocean. Loved, loved, loved this apartment. Beautiful tiled walk-in shower, kitchen stocked with everything you would need. Eleni very friendly. Would highly recommend this unit to everyone. Loved the location and walked everywhere. Great places for dinner. Enjoyed the Aromas Cafe every morning for coffee. Could have sat on that balcony all day to enjoy the view and sound of the ocean. Will definitely be going back.

  I just returned from vacation and staying here was gorgeous!!! Eleni is over the top nice, always offering anything that could of made the stay more enjoyable...thing is, it was already perfect! Very clean, comfortable, with great views. I've already given this property details to my friends. Location is easy to find from San Juan, with plenty of activities in the area. Definitely recommend Eleni's place!!!!

  This apartment is amazing. The unit is fully furnished with high end taste and all the amenities you could ever need. The views from the 19th floor are spectacular and pictures cannot do them justice. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, quiet, beach vacation.

  This attractive, clean and well equipped apartment has a fantastic ocean view. The rhythm of the surf with lull you to sleep; the gentle sun on the balcony will warm your coffee ; the modern galley kitchen is just right to prepare "summer" meals; the living space is comfy always with a breeze. The owners are very responsive, efficient and professional. Easy payment via PayPal is secure and easy. We hope to return for a month next year!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

  This a beautiful home away from home !!! We chose this place because we wanted to stay ocean front, close to all the attractions like El Yunque rainforest, Fajardo Bio bay, and especially close to one of the best beaches "Luquiollo beach", and this apartment gave us all we wanted and more !!! As soon as we entered the apartment, all we could see was beautiful blue ocean from all the rooms (living room, balcony, bedroom) !! If we had chosen to stay in a resort, it would have been very expensive, we would not have gotten these beautiful ocean views and we would have been so far away from all the major attractions. The apartment is beautifully decorated, it has all the amenities like a fully equipped kitchen with toaster oven, microwave, cooking range, silverware and cookware, washer dryer etc. The owner has even left beach chairs, games, cooler, beach umbrella. We traveled with our 2 year old daughter and we were surprised to see beach toys, pack n play, and a high chair in the apartment !!! The apt complex has tennis court, kids play area, table tennis , swimming pool for adults and for kids. Most importantly this apartment is located right next luquillo beach and next to delicious bakery "Aromas" and near the best restaurants "La Parilla", "Kings seafood" and many more in the Kioskos area (lots of restaurants lined up at Beach). Grocery stores, walmart, pharmacy are all very close by. Eleni was very very nice, she helped us with finding the kayaking tours for bio bay and suggested where to eat etc. Overall i can say you cannot get any better place to stay than this and we will definitely come back!!!

  We spent hours looking at units and reading reviews before deciding on this one and we could not have been happier with our choice. This is a super rental in a great location. The unit is clean and tastefully decorated with new furniture. It is situated on a high floor so there is plenty of privacy, great views, and the constant sound of the ocean waves is truly memorable. Ceiling fans in each room helped keep the unit cool and there was a nice breeze through the unit. We rarely used the A/C when we slept. Many modern amenities were included and we felt right at home. Secure Wi-fi, cable, and iphone dock were especially appreciated. If you have a young child there is also a pack and play and a high chair. We travelled with our two small children and we were completey confortable. The complex is quiet and our kids loved running around the playground. The pool is large and is cleaned every morning. We always felt safe both in and around the complex and all the locals we met were super friendly. One family even invited us for roasted pig on the beach on Thanksgiving! There are many grocery options within a 5-10 minute drive and there are also plenty of reasonable dining options within the same distance. Some of our favorites : Pasta y Pueblo, La Parilla, and El Rincon Del Sabor. Would also highly recommend the avena at Aromas Coffee and Crepes if you're looking for a quick delicious breakfast. Playa Azul beach is directly across the street from the complex and you can also walk to La Pared beach from there. Balneario de Luquillo beach and the kiosks are so close I actually felt guilty driving there. There are many more beaches and activities that we will sadly have to leave for our next visit. The reserveration and payment process was simple and Eleni and her husband were great to deal with. They were always quick to respond to all of our questions and requests. They even stopped by in the middle of the week with extra supplies for us. As with all the previous reviews, we highly recommend this unit!

  I was in awe with the view! The apartment is immaculate and very modern and cozy. The location is perfect as we visited the El Yunque National forest twice (30min drive), took the ferry twice to Vieques and Culebra (15min drive), and went into Isla Verde 3 times for night life (35min drive). There is a market across the street which is so convenient. As for dining out, there are kiosks 5min to the west, and a bakery 5min to the east (Aromas Coffee & Crepes) that is economical and the sandwiches/pastries are awesome. The apt is beachfront, however, there are 2 add'l beaches 5min away (one to the west and one to the east). Eleni was so nice and accommodating. She sent me all the information prior to my trip, and checked in with me upon my arrival to make sure that I didn't have any problem and that I was completely satisfied!! I can't say enough about the apt as I absolutely love it! I highly recommend it as you will not be disappointed.

  We were so thrilled and satisfied with our stay at this apartment. All of our needs were met. The apartment is meticulously well furnished with a contempory feel. The kitchen is fully equipped if you desire to cook. The washer and dryer were a blessing especially if you want to pack lightly. Since the apartment is beachfront and faces the ocean, we had amazing views of the coastline. The amenities are absolutely wonderful--Olympic-size adult pool, children's pool, basketball court, children's playground, and tennis court! We felt like we're living in a resort! Safety and security are our typical concerns whenever we travel. We were very pleased to know that the apartment community is gated as well as having a guard for the building. The cost of staying at this apartment is so affordable--much less expensive than staying at hotel and with more amenities and conveniences. Eleni, the owner, treated us very well from start to finish. She was so helpful with providing us with information about the local area and things to do. Knowing that our family enjoys playing tennis, she bought new rackets. We were pleasantly surprised! We did not pack our own since they would be too much to bring along. We have no negative comments or concerns. We just wish we could stay longer. Thank you so much, Eleni for your warmth, hospitality and having us at your beautiful apartment! We really appreciate it! We hope to be back one day!
