Welcome to “Coral Ridge Isles Simplicity” located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This cozy, affordable home is located minutes from the ocean in the world famous Strip in Fort Lauderdale. Come rejuvenate at “Simplicity” or recreate in the sun and experience the adventure of area beaches and more.
This home offers accommodations for a family of six with three bedrooms and two baths. Your family will enjoy a spacious community atmosphere. As you first enter the home, you are greeted by a comfortable sized family area. This area is well suited for gatherings, entertainment and fun- your indoor playground! Just off from the family area you'll enjoy formal dining where six people may linger comfortably over dinner.
Whether a seasoned chief or novice, you'll delight in this charming kitchen. This kitchen is fully equipped for formal or informal gatherings. Your family may dine inside in a formal setting or outside in the pool area. Whatever your choice, you will enjoy warm gentle breezes and tropical smells to delight your senses.
The master suite offers a queen size bed, a private bath and a flat screen TV. There are two additional bedrooms located across from each other at the opposite end of the home. Both bedrooms feature two twin beds and one boasts a lovely private sitting area with a chaise lounge. Open the door at the foot of the lounge and view the swimming pool and back yard area.
Come to Coral Ridge Isles Simplicy, and find rest, excitement, and tropical enchantment. Visit all the Fort Lauderdale has to offer- the shops, restaurants, and the wonderful beach’s, or spend some days in your “home away from home” enjoying the pool and using separate spa. Whatever you chose to do, you'll find it all here.
Should you decide to venture out you are minutes from the cozy community of Lauderdale by the Sea. You may want to visit Cafe Aruba which sits right on the beach. Great salads, drinks and socializing or toss a pole off the pier. On weekends Lauderdale by the Sea offers outside musicians and dancing in the streets.
Or, visit the world famous Fort Lauderdale Strip on Fort Lauderdale Beach, which offers many unique shops and restaurants. Parking is ample during the morning along the West and East sides but bring lots of change as they all have parking meters. It is a great place to roller-blade or people watch or just hang at the beach.
A little further down A1A you can also visit the up-scale Las Olas Boulevard. This is a must see area boasting many boutiques offering local artisans creations, fine jewelry, high end restaurants and much more. During the evening it offers live bands and dancing or plan a visit to the Broward Centre of Performing Arts. If you have children this area also offers the Museum of Art, IMAX Theatre, and much, much more.
Jump on I-95 South and head to South Beach for the day. Again visit the many lovely boutiques and gourmet dining areas. Just a bit further South and you will arrive in Miami Beach, which offers a flavor for any palate. If your interests are of the natural taste you may visit Fairchild's Botanical Gardens and dine on their veranda or visit Vizcaya.
Another point of interest for shopping would be Bayside which is situated next the American Airlines Arena. At Bayside you can take a boat tour and see some famous actor and singers homes. Grab a pina colada and jump on the boat or rent a speed boat and follow the tour boat. Or a simple walk down Lincoln Road-you never know who you may see. There is something for everyone. The Miami Zoo is another fun day!
Perhaps the most visited mall is Sawgrass Mills a shopping mecca which is West of Fort Lauderdale. If you came to shop than you have to visit the Sawgrass. If you like take the helicopter ride over the Sawgrass and see how it was designed in the shape of an alligator. When you leave the Sawgrass and want to see a real alligator then head over towards Naples. You will always see live ones along the banks.
There are many golf courses located close to the house, a volley ball court located at Pompano Air Park which has a five mile run, bike, roller blade or walk around the park. Just North of the Park is Citi Centre which features a Macy's, Sears and Lowes as anchor stores.

We had a wonderful time at the house in FL! The kids enjoyed the heated pool, eventhough it was a bit smaller than we had expected from the pictures on the website. The heater didn´t work the first night, but Kathy and Kathleeen were really helpful and had a repair man come the following day. They were also kind and let us stay a bit longer on the checkout day. We really appreciated that! The only negative things we have to say about our stay is that the hot tub in the garden didn´t work. We had looked forward to go in the hot tub, especially since the weather were cold the first days. We were told it was to be repaired but it didn´t. Also the neighbours constantly barking dogs in the backyard were enoying.The boys were a bit intimidated from that since they barked as soon as we were in the backyard having a swim. Other than that we would really recommend anybody to stay at this house. Shops and restaurants were nearby, and also just a 10 minute drive to the beach from the house. The house was clean, a lot of clean towels and beachtowels. Good kitchen with all the things you need.Owner response: Thanks so much for taking the time to review us.
