Your vacation lodging is just a short walk from the ski run to your hot tub on the large log deck overlooking the beautiful Blue River valley and Breckenridge. The Ski Home is a three bedroom/three bathroom home ready to cater to your every vacation dream. It is a fully furnished lodging to accommodate ten.
Your vacation Ski Home has a master suite with king bed and custom bath including a jacuzzi tub and a spacious walk-in closet. A second bedroom with a queen bed and bunkroom with four full size twins that sleeps four are on the same top floor. The adjacent full bath is split between tub/shower and toliet with seperate lavatory area.
The in-laws will be comfortable on the main floor full sleeper with the three-sided gas fireplace for ambiance and the views of Breckenridge at night, plus their own full bath! Laundry facilities and a heated two car garage with storage for your gear finish the setting for a great vacation.
Local full time owners ensure that your stay is as rewarding and memorable as possible. We stive to create a positive and safe experience for our guests. The drive and decks are kept clear of snow for your safety.

* The Ski Home is a three-level home with an occupied, completely seperate apartment at the patio level. Maximum occupancy is 10! Strictly enforced. Four night minimum with occasional exceptions. Call or write for details.
* All rates have a 13.80% Government Sales and Accommodations Tax INCLUDED in the price. A $500 damage deposit is required for all rentals. To book, a 2 night deposit is required then the balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival.

He is also available for ski tours and information about the area to make sure that you know of all that are high country offers.

This was a great place to stay. It was very well furnished and clean. Location Location Location. Jeff was there to clear the snow and give helpful hints. One of which was where to get a zipper on my wife's ski jacket fixed the same day!! I would recommend to any ski lover.

The house is great. Awesome condition, super location, super nice owners. We would LOVE to stay here again. Our party of 10 had a great time. The heated garage is awesome for storing your ski stuff and getting everyone ready. The living room is super roomy, and the main bedroom is HUGE. Great rental.

4 adults and 5 children, we have all enjoyed our Thanksgiving holidays at Ski House. The house definetely exceeded our expectations. Great view from the deck to the beautiful mountains, very nice neighborhood, etc. - these all made our stay memorable. Great value and very careful owner made sure we all had a great week of vacation. I would strongly recommend it. Thanks much Jeff!

We stayed at Ski House with friends and were extremely satisfied. The views of Baldy are great, the house is spacious and the price is very fair. The owners live locally and pay very careful attention to maintenance and requests. Owner Jeff Dupey is out clearing the drive and deck every day that it snows. Jeff and his wife were full of great ideas about where to eat in Breck. It is neither the cheapest nor the most plush I have used, but I ski at least twice yearly and regard the is the single best value in ski lodging. Two heated, indoor parking spaces are rare in this price range and the more institutional rentals are stripped bare between renters. The Dupeys leave lots of useful things, from a discount card at City Market to basic spices and seasonings. The furnishings are rustic pine and the carpets simple Berber. If you need marble baths, leather upholstery and oriental carpets spread on marble, keep looking. If you want comfortable space, simple furnishings and value for your money, this is the place.

We were looking for a great place with a great view to not only take our first ski vacation in 10 years, but to get married as well. The view was so great off of the back deck that we got married right there! I would highly recommend this location. Excellent value and very attentive owners made sure that we had a great week. We might just be back for our anniversary.

We had a wonderful time staying at Ski Home. I have never rented a house/condo that was so well equiped with things you usually have to buy when you rent a place (laundry detergent, fabric softner, spices, sugar,coffee,etc.)It was great that the owner furnished these small, but expensive, things for you in addition to the usual like paper products. The view is breathtaking of the mts. We would definately stay there again. And oh yeah,the owner comes and shovels the snow away on the deck for you to get to the hot tub, clears the front walk and scrapes the driveway. The heated garage floor is great when you come in from skiing. Thank you Jeff and Kathleen for making our stay so great.
