Beach living doesn't get any easier than at our spacious villa at Ocean Gate 345. Just minutes on foot from lovely Crescent Beach, it offers fine resort living combined with the beauty of an uncrowded beach. Come discover the good life on the coast!
Our condo is located in a resort containing 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, and a pond, plus private beach access that deposits you right on the sugary sands! In addition to Crescent Beach, the Intracoastal Waterway is just minutes away, and historic St. Augustine is right down the road by car. You're in the heart of vacation paradise here, so whether your passion is golf, water sports, nature, shopping, sightseeing, or simply basking on the beach, you've come to the right place!
When you enter our condo, the first thing that strikes you is the soothing, comfortable décor. Cool tiled floors, silently turning ceiling fans, and long sun-drenched windows all contribute to the light, relaxing feel of Ocean Gate 345. Kick off the flip-flops and make yourself at home!
Our open-plan living and dining area promotes togetherness and fun. The living room contains double glass doors, a TV with VCR and DVD player, and a sink-right-in sofa and chair. It's a great place to unwind after a busy day at the beach or on the links. And if part of your group wants to do a little work on the laptop or catch up on email, use our dining table as a computer center. You have free wireless Internet at Ocean Gate 345, so reassure the teens that they won't miss a moment of Facebook time!
Of course, if the table is already in use for a massive jigsaw puzzle or Uno tournament (or even possibly as a place to dine!), there's always the breakfast bar in the kitchen. Kids are especially fond of our tall stools, which enable them to put in personal requests to the chef!
And the chef is kept happy in our kitchen at Ocean Gate 345. There's a view straight through the living area to outdoors, which is most refreshing when you're cooking. We've stocked our kitchen with all the utensils, cookware, dishes, and gadgets you'd need to fix just about anything -- all you need is groceries!
We find, though, that the most popular items are the microwave, coffeemaker, blender, and dishwasher. The fishing and restaurants around the Villas of Ocean Gate just offer too much delicious food to worry about home cooking! Stock up on drinks and snacks, and chances are you've got everything you need for the perfect vacation!
Well, TV, games, and meals are all great fun, but when it's time to sleep, you'll really appreciate the comfort of Ocean Gate 345. Our bedrooms cater to a great night's sleep, and we think you'll like all the beds as well as the soothing décor. We've provided all the linens, pillows, and blankets you might need, as well as towel sets for the 2 full bathrooms. Pack light and don't worry about bringing 'extras.' We've got you covered -- literally!
The master bedroom contains a king-sized bed that can only be described as heavenly, as well as his-and-her nightstands and plenty of storage space. Don't be too careful in setting the alarm each and every night during your stay; what's a vacation if you can't 'accidentally' oversleep?
The second bedroom contains 2 double beds, very comfortably sleeping 4 in a light, sun-washed space that will soothe even the most excited children.
All the details that make or break a good vacation are provided here at Ocean Gate 345. Your vehicle stays safe and cool in our garage, and your clothes stay fresh and dry in our washer and dryer. This is truly a place to walk right in and feel completely at home!
The Villas of Ocean Gate complex is attractively landscaped and pleasant to walk. The beach access is itself a lovely stroll, and the sands are pristine. You'll love greeting each new day on Crescent Beach, and returning each evening to your snug haven at Ocean Gate 345. Make us your home base for a terrific St. Augustine vacation!

We love St. Augustine.
We love St. Augustine.
We visited here last year for the month of January and enjoyed ourselves so much we convinced our daughter and her young family along with my sister-in-law to join us. Unfortunately, due to a death in the family, we had to cut our visit short. As the saying goes: " A picture is worth a thousand words". We saw the photos as decided to book for two weeks. The photos however, didn't reveal dirty carpets or walls or floor boards, loose floor tiles, broken tile grout, or mold in the bathrooms. My wife noticed liquid spills on the furniture and the verticle shades didn't work. Some bed sheets had holes in them. One mattress cover had blood stains. Some bath towels were badly stained; washed clean, but noticably stained. A little (perhaps a lot) of tender care & paint can help this place live up to the pictures. When I sent a deposit, this unit was not confirmed. We were given another unit where the sleeping accomodations were different. That was soon corrected, yet when I picked up the keys in the key box, we were sent to a different condo than what was confirmred on my contract. As least I had the right keys to the condo.. Will we return to this condo? I think "not".

About the owner: My name is Steve Milo and I stay in Vacation Rental Homes when I travel both domestically and abroad. I own several vacation rental homes and listen carefully to our guests and their feedback! Our greatest compliment is when our guests refer our web site to their friends and relatives. AND, now I am managing other people's properties in St Augustine Beach, Daytona Beach, Palm Coast and Ponte Vedra Beach. Our guests and their great 'word of mouth' have helped us expand to over 500+ vacation rentals. We booked over 10,000 rentals and received over 3,000 guest reviews in 2011. You can find some of these by going to search engines and typing in Steve Milo or 'Vacation Rental Pros' . Thank you!
