Year Purchased: 2003
About the owner: I am married and an avid tennis player. I bought this condo to have a place near my family who reside on Siesta Key, Sarasota and Casey Key, FL. The beaches and the warmth of the people can't be beat. My husband and I love to rent bikes, ride to the beach and bob in the wonderful gulf water. The sand is white and soft like baby powder. Every time I visit I'm reminded how much I love it!
Why the Owner Chose Cedars Tennis Resort:
I bought this unit because of its privacy. There's a small lagoon that wraps around the unit and there's a large mangrove separating the unit from the tennis courts. It offers great amenities of a resort while still being incredibly private too.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
When I bought the unit I redid all of the floors. I added sisal wall to wall carpeting, bamboo floors in entry way and kitchen and retiled the bathroom floors. Then I painted the unit in calming and updated colors. It's not too fancy or too boring. It's a very relaxing place to be in morning, noon or night.
