  What an ideal location in a lovely, beguiling part of Italy. Well situated to cycle in many directions among winding, quiet roads, amid the olive trees. Thank you for the great tips - were locals - which gave us a truer, more authentic experience than we would have found otherwise. So relaxing to return to a calm, tranquil place - with all the comforts of home. We carry with us, very pleasant memories of this place, hope to return, and wish you continued success in your ventures. The villa is a fantastic place to stay. The place is very well appointed and we expecially appreciated all of the kitchen accessories. It is also a very peaceful and quiet location. Thank you very much for taking us on a ride. The roads you showed us were perfect cycling roads. You were a tremendous source of information about the area and all of your advice was very useful. The istant connection worked great. Good luck with all of your endeavors and you can count on us if you need any references or help with travel events in Seattle. All the best to you & Laura.

  We have had a wonderful time at Cà del fico. The house is lovely, very comfortable, well designed and with a beautiful view. It’ s been a great place to relax and to explore the area. We really like Puglia with its pretty countryside and delicious food, which we ate too much of!! Antonello is a perfect host: so friendly and helpful and with lots of tips and ideas about good places to go, restaurants etc. He arranged a brilliant day on the bikes which we would recommend. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

  Siamo arrivati stanchi, anche un pò confusi. Subito abbiamo compreso che nei giorni di permanenza su a Cà del fico qualcosa sarebbe successo. La tranquillità, i dolci rumori della natura, ci hanno trasmesso una quiete interiore da tempo persa e non più ritrovata. Ora dovremo essere capaci di trasformare quella quiete in valore imprescindibile per le nostre vite. Antonello, ti ringraziamo per tutto questo e per quella filosofia che fa parte della tua persona, e che attraverso Cà del fico cerchi di portare all’esterno: la libertà, il senso di libertà ed il ritrovarsi sono l’importanza, la struttura per contrastare una vita sempre più frenetica ed arida.   Puglia was evrything I imagined and more. Cà del Fico was the perfect base and Antonello recommendations were great. The weather was awful but it didn’t stop our vacation.   We had a perfect week at Cà del Fico in a wonderful, well appointed villa. The peaceful surroundings, nearby excursions and invaluable help from Laura made this a memorable journey in Puglia. Next time we are here we would very much like to experience a cooking class with Laura. Thanks again Laura and Antonello for our stay.

  We had a fantastic week here at Cà del Fico!! We love everything: the location, the view, th people, the trees and herbs in the garden. The peace and quiet and even the windy road... And of course the villa! It was great to pick the figs for breakfast and the basil to go with the mozzarella for lunch... Antonello and Laura you are the perfect host and made our holiday really enjoyable. We followed your advice and visited the charming villages and towns of Monopoli, Ostuni, Cisternino and Alberobello all really pretty. Dinner was an experience we looked foward to everyday and we had trully great food at the places you suggested with great seafood all around. We will miss the focaccia and pizza from the panificio.... We even saw la luna rossa last night.... Grazie per tutto e a presto!

  We spent a lovely week at Cà del Fico. The house is confortable and tastefully decorated (we love the SMEG fridge). The location is superb, we enjoined the pool, the view and the herbs and fruits from the garden. After receiving lots od tips from Antonello, we didn’t think it was possible to visit everything. A week later we know that it is possible. Everything is nearby, the only thing you have to overcome is 2.3 km till the main road. We crossed our fingers everytime hoping we wouldn’t meet a car coming from the opposite direction. Tot ziens / Arrivederci

  We have spent a beautiful week at Cà del Fico, sunning ourselves by the pool, exploring local beaches and sight seeing in the fabulous tours of Puglia. Torre Guaceto with its wildness and walking trails and Polignano a mare where we watched the sun go down over fantastic cliffs. We head back to London refreshed and ready to rejoin the rat race!
