Three-bedroom, two-bath duplex. This north unit is over 1100 square feet with new laminate flooring or tile throughout. The living room is very large and pleasant, the master bedroom has an attached bath with walk-in tiled shower and patio door opening to the lanai. The second bedroom has a pair of twin beds. Bedroom three has a full-size pullout sofa and wicker desk. Pleasant new kitchen with dining area. Very large lanai on the west side, some evenings the surf can be heard breaking on the sand of Casey Key. Private yard with live oak, key lime, honeybell orange, and grapefruit trees.
A short walk to Nokomis Beach on exclusive Casey Key. If you have allergies, please note that we do accept pets at this property, including cats.
