  Thank you so much for allowing us to use of your beautiful home for the past 8 days. this has been one of the most relaxing vacations we can remember !!!! Yaneth and Hernan have made our stay easy and comfortable. they are both so helpful and friendly... and they tolerate my Spanish very well, tambien!

  What an incredible place to spend the end of the year. These past 10 days have been truly spectacular. This house is a heavenly retreat that we are so grateful to have been a part of. Even more that the house are the people thank you so much for your hospitality! You really made this trip incredible for us and we wish we had been able to spend more time with you. Hernan was very helpful thorough out our trip and was a great face to see every morning.Yaneth is really an incredible person. She makes this place feel like a home.

  Thank you so much for letting us stay at this amazing house. I love everything from sunrise at the pool to finding out it was the geckos that chirp in the rafters. We had an amazing time lounging ,at the beach here and El tunco,going to the ruins and the markets in San Salvador with Alfredo. Thank you

  Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home,we wished we could have stayed longer. The beach is amazing !!! The surrounding vegetation makes you fel like you are on your own private island. We love Janet !!!! Muchas Gracias

  Your home and Bahia Dorada surpassed any of our expectations of this beautiful country. Janet and Hernan were amazing to have around nd always very helpful. The entire grounds staff were incredibly friendly as were the Salvadorean people we met all along the many beaches we visited during our 9 day stay (not nearly enough !). We´ve already talked so much of returning ,hope to see you again next year!

Janet´s cooking was amazing ! even with the language barrier she always managed to make very tasty meals . I was thoroughly spoiled. Thank you so much for all your help with pick us up, arranging taxis for our grocery shopping etc. Truly paradise I can’t wait to come back ! Robin,Chris,jony,Geoff Laguna Miguel, Ca

RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS My Resort complex Bahia Dorada Gated Community. La Libertad, El Salvador 1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 P.M. CST AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. CST. Let us know your arrival time [if it is in the am you can check in then] 2. This is a NON SMOKING unit. 3. Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions. 4. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. 5. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit of $200 is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met. a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. c. All keys are left on the kitchen table and unit is left locked. d. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. e. No linens are lost or damaged. f. NO Early check-in or late check-out. g. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, the security company employed by My Complex. 1. PAYMENT - An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 60 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the home rent. Please make payments in the form of traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks payable to Marta Avila. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date. 2. CANCELLATIONS - A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. 3. MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS - Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in. 4. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of for this home is limited to eight to ten people. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A THREE (3) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
