  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was nice. No complaints. The check-in was a little cumbersome as we didn't read the instructions and had to make an extra trip, but the staff was very friendly.

  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at The Aspens. This ski-in/ski-out location is really fantastic not to mention the ski valet, outdoor pool and hot tubs. The outdoor pool was a bit on the chilly side for this time of year. And, the hotel itself too warm especially for sleeping even with the room's own thermostat turned way down. Have to say that the weather was super and the snow amazing for our overall experience was unforgettable!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property is in a terrific location, easy access to trails and Blackcomb lifts. Well maintained. Nice spa/pool/fitness room. Only one negative -- no WiFi in #334, only a very slow ethernet connection.

  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our second time here and we love it. It's right on the mountain but not too far from the Village. We love that there's a kitchen and a fireplace and we can ski in and ski out. Only drawback was the check-in process because our flight was delayed. But, someone came when we asked her to with our lift tickets and other information.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was garbage in the kitchen that smelled when we arrived that we took out. We were there for 7 nights and didn't get a mid-week change of linens as promised. We did call for clean towels which were delivered. Barry at Peak to Green was very helpful.

  Rating Details: I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. The property manager was very unhelpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a group of ski tourists. Check in and most of the service are not provided in the front desk in Aspen. Instead, we have to go to several different lodge to check in. In this situation, most of the people will think twice if they want to go Whistler next time. Manager responded on 12/27/2011: Sorry but that is the way that rentals are done in Whistler. Units in the Aspens are managed by owners and several different rental manager, each of which has their own check in proceedures. It is never a problem with most guests, but when you have very large groups, it can be confusing. Perhaps another time, we can arrange it so that all of your party does check in at the Aspens. We appreciate your feedback and will make a point of improving it for your next visit. We noticed that this is your 2nd year in a row and trust that improvements for check in will be made for your next group visit. I don't think that your remarks about the services of the rental manager are valid (we only had one call from one of your guests and responded promptly), nor the 2 given for cleanliness.
