Main Living Room - Estero, FL - Southwest Florida Condo Rental in Pelican Sound Beautiful luxury coach home located in PELICAN SOUND in Estero, Florida, just south of Fort Myers and a short distance from Naples. The community is gated and has 24-hour security. The condominium is 1550 square feet with room for up to six people. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a pillow mattress and armoire with TV. Master suite has twin basins with a walk-in, large shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, TV, and full private bathroom. The den has a full-size sleeper sofa that can sleep two. The living room also has a full-size sleeper sofa that can sleep two. The living room features a large sofa, chair, and leather lounge chair with a TV and DVD player. Kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded appliances and Corian countertops. Two barstools allow you to sit at the counter for eating, drinking, or conversation. The dining room sits four with a 54-inch glass top table with cushioned chairs. The lanai will also sit four with an additional patio table and four chairs. Pelican Sound allows our membership to be transferred to you for the duration of your stay. You will enjoy all of Pelican Sounds great amenities including golf, tennis, dining, bar, pro shop, men's and ladies locker rooms, fitness center, pool, sun deck, spa, and a private boat launch. Pelican Sound offers 6 daily River Boat rides down the Estero river that borders the property out to a beach at Lovers Key State Park. There is a 27-hole championship golf course, designed by Senior PGA Tour player Mike Hill and golf course architect Chip Powell. The golf course also provides an aqua range and practice greens for chipping and putting. Also, for the tennis enthusiast, there are six lighted and fenced Har-Tru (clay) tennis courts. With the transfer of membership, your golf fees are only $52.00 for 18 holes and $39.00 for 9 holes including cart. Public fees for the course from December through March are $125.00 for 18 holes. Pelican Sound also allows you to walk the course after 3:30 p.m. for a reduced fee.
