A three-floor, four bedroom, 1 3/4 bath townhouse at Alpine Village. Enter to the living and dining area with flat screen TV/DVD and air conditioning. Through the living area is the full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and stacked washer/dryer and, just off the kitchen, is the 3/4 bath. Also accessed from the kitchen is a spacious deck with picnic table, wrap-around seating and a gas grill. The second level of this townhouse hosts three bedrooms and a full bath. The first bedroom has a queen bed and television with DVD. The second has a queen bed and the third offers a full size bed. The top-most level of the townhouse holds a larger sleeping area with two trundle bed sets and a TV/DVD.

Alpine Village is located close to downtown North Woodstock. North Woodstock offers great dining opportunities including local favorites like the Woodstock Station & Brewery, Merland's, Pemi Public House, and Woodstock Pie and Coffee. Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming (Cascade Park is just a walk away), kayaking, bird watching and much more.

You pay for what you get.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival our unit seemed fine but as we started settling in we quickly realized the lack of vacuuming had been done. The kids stayed in the loft area and apparently the last couple of rentals also had kids and it wasn’t cleaned properly. There was crumbles left under the beds and furniture. A large chunk of a blueberry muffin which had been there for some time because it was rock hard. Pop tarts, cosmic brownies, sock found in one of the trundle beds. Dirty towels thrown in the corner. Due to this I started realizing all the other floors and under couches had a lot of debris that can only be left behind from lack of vaccuming.

Alpine review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect and the place was over all clean. My biggest issue was that the toilets all had an issue and needed to be plunged frequently. One of the beds had a futon which was harder than those with a regular mattress and the people that got that room were uncomfortable. My only suggestion would be to get those toilets looked at and purchase a queen bed for the bedroom rather than the futon.
