This condo has everything to make for a memorable stay in Telluride. The convenient in-town location provides unobstructed views over the Beaver Pond and Town Park to encompass Bridal Veil Falls and Ajax/Ballard mountains enjoyed through the front bay window and 2nd story balcony.
Head out the back door and it's a short walk to the gondola or library within two blocks. Out the front door it's the same distance to Town Park or Main Street where shops, restaurants and entertainment are all in easy walking distance. Keep the car parked in the covered spot for your entire stay!
The unit has a master bedroom with king size bed and private bath. The second bedroom, with bunk beds and queen size bed, is served by a separate full bathroom. In the living area is a queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked and adjacent to the dining area that comfortably seats six. Washer/dryer is provided in the unit.

This place was absolutely perfect for us and our two young kids. We visited during the balloon festival (early June) and literally watched the balloons inflate and take off from the unit's living room and deck. That first beverage you enjoy while enjoying the views from the deck will be worth the price of admission! The location is prime, literally overlooking the town park, a block from main street, a few blocks from the town gondola, a few blocks from the river trail, and you can pretty much walk everywhere in town. The owner picked up my phone call right away when I called (twice) with questions. The surrounding neighbors were even friendly, helping jump-start our car one morning when our battery had died. The unit itself was very nice, slightly-dated decor and fixtures, but nice, none-the-less. The unit also had a smart-tv with netflix, which saved the day with the kids a couple of times. We just spent a week at this condo. The beds were comfortable and the unit was close to the gondola and shopping. The kitchen was well stocked and it was very nice to have a washer and dryer. The only thing missing was cable TV, as we could only watch 2 channels on TV. We did consider that to be a basic thing that was missing. Otherwise, it was nice and also nice art! Thank you for an enjoyable stay.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Great second floor unit located close to everything in old town Telluride. Two blocks from the gondola, and close to restaurants bars, and just steps from Telluride's incredible Library. The unit is very comfortable and well appointed. I enjoyed myself immensely and can't wait for the return trip!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Great place with great view. Everything is within walking distance and only a few blocks from the base gondola at Telluride. We had an incredible time at this place. We stayed there for the Blues and Brews festival. One block from the entrance and a deck facing the venue/park. Quiet as it is on a dead end street. Doesnt hurt that the place has an incredible view up the canyon.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

We stayed at this condo during a music festival. The owner was very nice and easy to work with. The condo worked perfectly for our group, with enough space for sleeping, eating, and relaxing comfortably. The condo has a deck that faces the town park, so when we had to put our baby to bed at night, we could hang out on the deck and listen to the evening music, which was very nice. It is within walking distance to everything, including town park-very convenient. I would definitely stay here again, we had a wonderful visit!Recommended for: Families with young children, tourists without a car.

We have been renting in Telluride through VRBO over the past ten years with our family of six that includes four snow boarding sons. Based on that experience we knew this particular unit was the absolute perfect location to purchase a place.
