HOUSE DESCRIPTION: Our house is four bedroom, three and one-half bath, beach house located in Forest Beach, one of the finest beaches on Hilton Head Island. A short one minute stroll from the beach path off the back of the deck leads you to the beach where you can enjoy the ocean surf and the fine grained sand. You do not need to get on any busy streets.
The house is ideal for vacationing with a large family or two families to share. It has a large fully-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counter tops as well as two dining areas. An LCD TV is available in the kitchen. Sliding glass doors and floor to ceiling windows throughout the dining and living area, make them large light filled rooms. Plenty of seating to enjoy the home entertainment center with 50" plasma TV, DVD and surround sound.
These rooms look onto a large pool surrounded by an extensive deck and privacy fence (pool can be heated for an additional charge). This is the perfect spot for relaxation while dinner is cooking on the gas grill. There is also an outside shower for rinsing off after the beach. The living room also contains a fireplace to take the chill off during those cool fall and winter evenings.
The master bedroom is located on the top floor and includes a king bed, private balcony, and private bathroom equipped with a separate Jacuzzi tub. A 32" LCD TV and DVD is also available. On the next level, one suite has a king bed and its own private bathroom. A 32" LCD TV and DVD player is included. The remaining two bedrooms contain two sets of twin beds and have an adjoining bathroom. Each bedroom has its own TV.
The large garage makes an ideal place to store your bikes and beach chairs, or canoes. This exclusive area provides a safe, enjoyable walking and biking environment while still being convenient to Coligney Plaza which has numerous shops and restaurants.
ELECTRONIC LOCKS: No need to worry about keys! We will provide you with a key code to allow access to the house by all of your guests.

This place on 30 N. Forest Beach Drive is absolutly gorgeous - PERFECT! The photos as well as the number of bedrooms attracted us but the photos doesn't do this place justice, it exceeded our expectation. The master suite is breath taking with the balcony over the pool. The other rooms were perfect for our group - very roomy and comfortable. Even the garage was large enough for a 12 passenger van. The kitchen had everything we need. We brought our daughter and her family and they all had a blast. The pool is great for the older kids but we had a 4 yr old and it would have been nice to have a kiddie pool. Anyway, this location gives you more privacy on the beach away from the hotel/villas crowds. Short walk to the happening spot "Coligny Circle" tons of restaurants and shops. Also an even shorter walk to the beach. There's even a bike/walking trail just across the street, everything is convenient. I would come back to this place it made the 11 hr. drive worth it.

Just settled in at home from the trip. Everyone absolutely loved the house. My 7 year old said when we stopped to eat "I miss that house already". We stayed at several houses in the past but wanted to compliment you on yours. everything was at it should be. I loved the helpful media guides. Also, rarely is the pool heat actually on when we arrive at a home, but it was with yours and had been on long enough for the children to swim the first day. You'd think that would be a given, but we have rented five of the past six years and this is a first. Als having plenty of towels and hand towels and even kitchen towel are the little details that make the stay much more enjoyable. Unfortunately there were only four washcloths in the house, but we managed. Everything was in such good order I thought I would take the liberty to make one suggestion. We had a toddler in the group and there was no way to secure the door from the inside out. An additional manual lock wowuld help. We enjoyed our stay very much and were pleased with the bike company you recommended on your listing.Thank you again for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home. I hope we will be able to stay in it again.,
