IMPORTANT FEATURE: We've hired a managment company to make sure that the house is cleaned and that you have fresh towels and linens prior to your arrival. They also take care of the pool and the surrounding grounds around the house. If you need any asssistance while you are staying in our home, they are there to help.
HOUSE DESCRIPTION: Our house is four bedroom, three and one-half bath, beach house located in Forest Beach, one of the finest beaches on Hilton Head Island. A short one minute stroll down a quiet street leads you to the beach where you can enjoy the ocean surf and the fine grained sand.
The house is ideal for vacationing with a large family or two families to share. It has a large fully-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counter tops as well as two dining areas. An LCD TV is available in the kitchen. Sliding glass doors and floor to ceiling windows throughout the dining and living area, make them large light filled rooms. Plenty of seating to enjoy the home entertainment center with 50" plasma TV, DVD and surround sound.
These rooms look onto a large pool surrounded by an extensive deck and privacy fence (pool can be heated for an additional charge). This is the perfect spot for relaxation while dinner is cooking on the gas grill. There is also an outside shower for rinsing off after the beach. The living room also contains a fireplace to take the chill off during those cool fall and winter evenings.
The master bedroom is located on the top floor and includes a king bed, private balcony, and private bathroom equipped with a separate Jacuzzi tub. A 32" LCD TV andd DVD is also available. On the next level, one suite has a king bed and its own private bathroom. A 32" LCD TV and DVD player is included. The remaining two bedrooms contain two sets of twin beds and have an adjoining bathroom. Each bedroom has its own TV.
The large garage makes an ideal place to store your bikes and beach chairs, or canoes. This exclusive area provides a safe, enjoyable walking and biking environment. While still being convenient to Coligney Plaza which has numerous shops and restaurants.
Extensive refurbishing was just completed in October.
ELECTRONIC LOCKS: No need to worry about keys! We will provide you with a key code to allow access to the house by all of your guests.
