NOTE: I discount the rates that the Seven Springs Resort reservation office quotes for the all months of the year (Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall) by in excess of 35%. Renting directly from me saves you money that could be better spent on the enjoyment of your vacation. My condo is pet friendly. Rent payment will be accepted via personal check, cashiers check, traveler check, or money order. This is an absolutely perfect place to spend leisure time any season of the year. You and your family deserve to kick-back, take a breather, pamper and enjoy yourselves while making cherished memories. Photos of the condo are available on request (via E-mail attachament). My condo provides a spacious and comfortable retreat from which to launch your adventures. Located at the top of the mountain.
In the Winter enjoy fantastic sking from this ski-in, ski-out condo located right on Boomerang Trail near Chair Lifts 1 and 2. In the Spring, Summer and Fall enjoy the panoramic mountain view from two balconies. In these months the trail is used for biking. The 7 Springs Resort and close surrounding areas abound with many enjoyable activities. There is white water rafting, a water park and amusement park all within less than a 30 minute ride from the resort. You could not pick a more enjoyable and versatile location than '7 Springs', rated the #1 all-round resort on the East Coast.
The condo boasts a newly rennovated kitchen and dining area, beautiful hand painted Bavarian murals in the living room and bedrooms, and a charm you won't be able to resist!!!
At the end of a day of sking, just take Chair Lift 1 or 2 to the back of the condo. The free ski bus (Stop 17) stops in the front of the condo on the ground floor.
Condo is decorated in top of the line antler lamps, moutain theme carpets, beautiful maple hardwood flooring in bedrooms and living room, imported custom tile in all bathrooms and kitchen. I have more photos of the condo than you currently can see on this site. The additional photos I have of the condo - for some reason - would not copy to this web site for either being too large or too small. However, they transmit perfectly via an E-mail attachment. Many beautiful Bavarian decorations throughout the condo, to include Bavarian murals and bavarian painted furniture accents.

This property is everything the owner states it is, and more. Many upgrades including ceramic tile, hardwood floors and tastefully decorated in a mountain cabin style. Easily accomodates 8 in the three bedrooms plus spacious loft (with it's own full bath). The unit was spotless upon our arrival and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots, pans and place settings. The location is at the top of the mountain which makes for great access to hiking and biking trails. The community pool and tennis courts are walkable (maybe 5-7 minutes) or a very short drive / bike ride. If you forget to bring something, there are 3 local general stores within a 10 mile radius of the resort. Plan to cook a meal or two at the condo so you can enjoy the wonderful relaxing view! OhioPyle State Park is a 20 mile drive away and offers adventure seekers many activites. A great restaurant within 15 minutes is the "Out of the Fire Cafe" -- superb meals and well known by the locals. Eat on the deck in the summer for a memorable dining experience!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

Rates
My rates won't break your wallet. I discount resort rates by 35% and don't charge tax. Two night minimum. Ski season rates Friday,Saturday - $725 - $800/night. Sunday through Thursday - $600 - $700/night. Holidays weekends - 3 night minimum. I require a $450 damage security deposit. This amount is fully refundable within 3 days after your check out date if there are no damages, missing items, furniture is not re-arranged and all keys are returned. These are the rate ranges for rental from December 2012 through March 2013. Off ski season rates are lower.

Year Purchased: 2002
About the owner: I am a retired Army Colonel. I currently live in Stoudtburg Village in Pennsylvania. It is a Bavarian style village complete with clock tower, coblestone streets, village square with fountain, and shops on the first floor of every home. I own and operate a shop in the village called, 'The Village Emporium'. During the winter you can always find me staying at Seven Springs at the home of a friend in Southwind. I am an avaid skier, hiker, skydiver, and biker. I have a fantastic Chocolate Labrador Retriever who is my constand companion. I know that you will love everything about Seven Springs as much as I do. I also have a single family home on the bay in Ocean Pines, Maryland. It easily sleeps 12 people. It also has a 100 foot boat dock. I also rent out this home in the Spring and Summer. It is only a 5 minute drive to Ocean City, Maryland. Why the Owner Chose Seven Springs:
One word 'Sking' - my passion. Also, it is only 3 hours from my home and I have many ski buddies I regularly meet at Seven Springs throughout the winter season. I also am a totally outdoors person. So the other seasons of the year are fantastic for my pursuit of biking, hiking, fishing, white water rafting - you name it. The resort also has some awesome special events throughout the year and many great places to visit nearby. In addition, I love to walk my dog through the forest paths at Seven Springs. I don't know who enjoys this more, me or my Chocolate Lab 'Godiva'. The peace of the woods and the walk give me a physical, emotional and spiritual lift.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Every amenity you have in your home can be found in my condo. I have furnished it very uniquely in a mountain lodge theme. It is so comfortable there and I need only go to the lodge area or golf course to find a full day of enjoyment. The surrounding areas also offer endless activities. The location just can't be beat.
