The split floorplan grants the same privacy to your kids and guests, with a second bedroom ( 2 twins, flatscreen with DVD, 2nd bathroom with bathtub and a separate laundry room with washer/dryer, heater, aircon and a large extra sink.
The airy and bright den gives you space to read your newspapers or do some office work (if necessary-remember you are on vacation!), and the dining area is attached to the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook and all appliances and gadgets you need. Welcome your guests with a drink at the kitchen bar with barstools. Expect more guests? The third bedroom offers a twin and a pop-up bed and is equipped with a 4in1 wireless printer.
You like to be outside? Enjoy 'slowfood' on the western exposed lanai with our electric Teppan Yaki, where everyone is his own Chef, while the sun is going down and the illuminated fountain in the lake lets forget you about watching TV. The 2-car garage is attached to house your car/s.
And within walking distance you will find the 2 fully equipped San Marino Community Clubhouses with a pool, hottub, gym, 2 grills, 2 kitchens and locker rooms. This is just a once-in-a-lifetime experience, eventhough we are here the second time. Miromar Lakes gives you the impression of being in a 5-star resort. The fresh water lakes, the beaches, the infinity pool, the spa and the pool-service are outstanding. The condo with it's southwest exposure and the lakeview is perfectly located and provides an unforgetable amosphere when sitting on the lanai, watching the illuminated fountain while the sun goes down having dinner. The condo is spacious, offering space for four and the floridian style furnishing provides a holiday feeling from the beginning. The owners were very helpfull before and during the vacation, which started with a bottle of wine and a snack awaiting us on the kitchen counter. Shopping facilites for all kind of famous brands, as well as cinemas, bars and restaurants are near by and the beaches are easy to reach.. We'll be back again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

This condo really fulfills all your vacation dreams! Already when entering the fully equipped condo with bright, modern furnishings combined with Florida-style rattan accessories you feel, that this is not a normal rental but the second home of the owners with all the personal touches and the complete outfit. The proximity of the 2 San Marino Clubhouses with pool, hot tub, grills and locker rooms with shower was not only a place to relax after a sensational day but also offered me the place to celebrate my birthday party. Spending the evenings outside on the lanai to watch the sun go down and listen to the illuminated fountain while enjoying our dinner was a must! Another highlight is of course Miromar Lakes Beach and Golf Club, #1 Community of the Year 2011 nationwide, with all it’s amenities. You hardly can decide if you want to walk the beaches, enjoy the pool, sauna and steam bath, take a kayak tour or rent one of the power boats. Great shopping opportunities with Miromar Outlet, Coconut Point and Gulf Coast Town Center are just minutes away. The owners were very helpfull in every respect before and during our stay, a welcome drink awaited us on arrival. This is THE place to come back anytime!Did you find this review helpful? We took this property for four months and were very impressed with the quality and quantity of the furnishings. From the moment we entered the unit, we felt we were at home. It was immaculate and thoughtfully outfitted. There was nothing we needed except for our clothes and toothbrushes. The weather was ideal and it was lovely to be able to sit outdoors on the lanai in the afternoons. It is well situated in the complex to take advantage of the afternoon sun. The clubhouse and pool area was well kept and very inviting. Everyone we met was very neighborly and helpful. I would very definitely consider this unit for our winter vacation next year and hope to do so. Our "landlord and lady" were most gracious from the time we first applied for the unit right through our arrival. A lovely bottle of wine greeted us and their good Christmas wishes. I would rate this unit very highly.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo this past July/Augusty! Wonderful amenities include several pools with spas, steam room, sauna, grills etc. of San Marino ( everything close-by ) and Miromar Lakes with outstanding resort amenities. The condo is very neat and clean, very spacious, and provides whatever you need for a relaxing, comfortable vacation! The community is 5 minutes away from Southwest Florida International Airport, but you don't hear it! Great shopping opportunities and beaches are in the proximity of the condo. If you decide to dine at home rather then dine out, the fully equipped kitchen provides whatever you need. Especially we enjoyed dining on the lanai, viewing the beautiful sunsets. Communication with owners was easy and helpful. We didnot want to leave and hardly can wait to come back!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

Highly recommend! Extremely clean and well maintained condo with all amenities you need. Excellent location and minutes away from shopping, fine restaurants and the ocean. Highly recommended! Lovely condo with a real feeling of home. Fully furnished and very comfortable. Owners are easy to deal with and the location is fantastic. We stayed for 4 weeks and would definately stay again without hesitation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

About the owner: Angelika, our son Philipp and I come to Florida frequently since we bought our first vacation home in 1998. We love the sun, the beaches, the warm water of the gulf and the relaxing atmosphere. While we live and work in Germany, our thoughts are always about our nice home in FL and we can't wait to come over again. We made a lot of good friends, which is easy and we are always looking forward to seeing them again.

When we first came to Miromar Lakes in November last year, we knew, that this is the place to be. Enjoying all the amenities, services and the luxury Miromar offers makes your holiday feeling perfect. You feel like 5-star resort living with the privacy of your own home. It took minutes to decide to move here, and now everything just waits for you to move in.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
First thing in the early morning is a long walk along the beaches of Miromar Lakes, coming back to the Clubhouse to take a swim, relax in the sun and you are ready for breakfast ( and the whole poolarea belongs to you alone, like a private pool). Although the beaches are so near by, you will more and more find yourself at the pool, relaxing in the sauna or steambath, get the snacks for lunch brought to your deckchair, take a shower and just return your towels. The evenings we spend outside on the lanai for dinner, where you have the sun going down and the illuminated fountain makes it to a perfect end of a perfect day. As a contribution to the nice sunny Florida weather we chose light colour furniture, not to get depressed.
