I have WEEKLY rentals with check in on Fri, Sat, Sun at this idyllic Hawaiian destination. It is home to rain forests, lava sand beaches, misting waterfalls and the Marriott Kaua'i Beach Club. But if relaxing turns to work, our Kauai villa accommodations offer convenient access to 8 meeting rooms, dedicated event planners, fax/printer services and overnight messenger service.

1. The studio. This is the living area portion with 1 bathroom and a queen Murphy bed in the living area & a kitchenette. It has its own entrance.
2. The bedroom and a 2nd bathroom. This also has its own entrance.

About the owner: I am a general contractor from Wayzata, Minnesota. I have over 200 timeshare weeks in Hawaii and hope to someday spend half of my time there. For now I get there a couple times a year and stay as long as I can leaving my extra weeks as rentals.
