The master bedroom features a king-size bed and TV. There are bunkbeds in the hallway if you plan to bring the kids. The new sleeper sofa opens to a queen-size bed. Designer touches throughout! Wake up to the sound of the ocean and sip your coffee on the lanai. At the end of the day go back to the lanai to enjoy the awe inspiring sunsets.
Summerspell is a cozy condo complex of 30 units. There are washers and dryers conveniently located outside the condo, steps away from your front door. Meet your fellow vacationers by the pool. Enjoy the sugary white beaches of Destin during the day. Great for body surfing, swimming, fishing, or just dolphin watching. Walk for miles on the beach, then go back to the condo and soak in the hot tub!
When you need a break from the beach, visit the largest outlet mall in the Panhandle just one mile east of Summerspell! Fabulous top name stores, great prices! Visit the new Destin Commons, another fabulous shopping center with a "Rave Cinema" featuring 16 first run movies!
Gettin' hungry? Destin has some of the best restaurants in the country! Seagar's is a five-star restaurant in the Hilton Sandestin Hotel. For more casual fare, dine at the beach walk cafe, the ocean club at Tops'l, Cuvee Beach, Destin Shops, Marina Cafe, Copper Grill, Bonefish Grill, Outback, O'Charley's, etc., etc. Of course, you can walk to Pampano Joe's or the Crab Trap and get a great meal. The possibilities are endless! If you're tired of eating out, throw together a meal in your fully stocked kitchen with the fish you just caught!
If you want a little culture, cross the bridge to Niceville and enjoy the arts center featuring Broadway shows, operas, and ballets. We had a wonderful time while we were in FL and the condo was just perfect. Nice location and very clean and welcoming. Very convenient to acitiviteis and attractions. Look forward to next year!

This was an excellent place to stay. We have 3 children that really enjoyed all the colors. They loved the little things like the colored dishes and big pillows. The pool was very nice, clean, and quiet. This was bottom floor so no carrying baggage up steps and pool was right out back door. One minute walk to the beach was very nice. Very nice beach.

We have stayed here for 2 years now and it's a Great location, nice unit, pool area very nice. Great access to beach and everything (restaurants, shopping, etc) was only a few minutes away. Tar balls were almost nonexsistent so glad that we didn't cancel.

June 26th 2010... we just got home from a wonderful week on the beach. NO oil, sugar white beach and beautiful turquoise blue water....No sheen or smell. It was great, and the location of the condo is so conveniently located....right in the middle of everything. Love walking to beach and to Pompano Joes!

My daughters and I truly enjoyed our week. The unit itself is great and has all the amenities needed for a wonderful vacation. Morning walks with the ocean view, easy access to the beach (without getting in the car), close proximity to restaurants and shopping make the location ideal. The owner was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Would recommend to anyone!

We really enjoyed our stay at Summerspell 102. The condo was very well decorated, equipped, and comfortable. The location was also excellent! It was close to the outlet mall, beach, and had a great back patio for relaxing. Also, we brought our small dog and he loved the walking trail along the beach highway. We are definitely planning on coming for another visit! Thank you!

We absolutely loved the condo. Very nice view of the beach, easy parking and acess to lots of restaurants. Will definately be back. The bed was the most comfortable bed away from home we have ever slept in.

This condo was wonderful! It was close to everything, yet quiet. We could watch the sunrise and the sunset, and walk the beach every morning. The pool and jacuzzi were right outside the back door, and sparkling clean. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The t.v.s and dvd players worked great, and the kitchen was roomy and had a refrigerator big enough for all of our food. We will deffinately be back next vacation!
