Oceana (OH-SHE-ANA) is a luxury condominium in the exclusive beach hamlet of Ponce Inlet, FL. The unit is in the prestigious Towers condo complex which has 24-hour gated security, and has stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean as well as the Halifax river on the other side. Located direct oceanfront on the 6th floor with a large back patio, this 2/2 condo with a pull-out couch will sleep 6 people comfortably and provide you with many wonderful beach memories.
There is NO driving on the beach near our condo for your safety, and the sand is bright white. It is comfortably decorated with a full kitchen, full range of appliances, Sealy beds, a washer/dryer, and is impeccably maintained by the owners. The building was built in 1995, and also has been maintained at the highest level.
This quaint area is rich with fabulous restaurants (all within a few miles) that have live, relaxed music, and is even next door to the famous “Racing’s North Turn” restaurant. There are activities for the whole family in Ponce Inlet, to include a state park on the south end of Ponce Inlet which boasts some of the best fishing in the area. Ponce Inlet is located 15 minutes south of attraction-filled Daytona Beach and the Oceanwalk.
The unit comes with two adult bikes and two kids’ bikes, and there are great bike paths in the area for family bike rides. The unit also comes complete with beach chairs and beach towels…you just bring the suntan lotion. Oceana has (4) cable TV’s - one in each room of your beach home, so you can always catch your favorite show or news channel. You can enjoy some books from the library or play a board game while enjoying a breathtaking view of the ocean. “Oceana” is a place to get away, relax, and enjoy life.
Parking is in the gated, underground garage area, so your vehicle will be secure and protected from the intense Florida rays. The fitness center is like your local gym, except that it is oceanfront with stunning beach views. There is a tennis court in the Towers complex, golf courses all around, and all of your favorite water activities.

Love it! Love it! This year's vacation was a very pleasant and relaxing vacation. The Oceana offered all the amenities that we needed, pool, jacuzzi, work out and the tennis court. We used them all. One of the things we did enjoy was walking over to the North Turn Resturant at night and listening to the band and enjoying the ocean view. There are several resturants in the area that we enjoyed and being on vacation that is what you want. The condo was very clean and had everthing that we needed. We will surely be back next year. Thanks to the owners for their warm hospitality.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We received a strong recomendation from a friend to stay at this beautiful ocean front condominium. The Ponce Inlet location was just perfect for us as it was very close to area attractions, yet was neatly tucked away from the Daytona masses. We werre immediatly impressed with the level of security and the gated parking that was just steps away from the elevator that wisked us to our 6th floor oasis overlooking the beach and pool. Every thing at the condominium was designed with the vacationor in mind. The area has many nice resturants and nightspots. David and Shannon Williams were very gracious and made sure that everything was just perfect for our stay. We very much plan on returning next year.Recommended for: Romantic getaway.
