Our urban suite is located on the penthouse floor of the recently restored Morley Soda Factory Building, in bustling Waddington Alley directly off Johnson and Yates Street. This cozy yet upscale haven is nestled in the heart and soul of downtown Victoria and the Inner Harbor hub.
The unit is a non-smoking, studio style “home away from home” with all the luxuries of an extravagant hotel room with the added benefits of home style additions such as a kitchen, balcony, laundry and dining/entertaining space.
The suite sleeps two with a queen-size bed, and is suitable for short-term vacationers, extended-stay visitors or the business traveler. We offer seasonal, weekly and monthly rates. Shorter stays are permitted upon availability.

A GREAT place! Starting with the ease of corresponding with the owner, everything about my experience was flawless. The condo is in the PERFECT location which made it very easy to walk around and or catch a bus or shuttle near by. It was a true home away from home tastefully decorated with nice little surprising amenities such as chocolates, popcorn, a filtered water pitcher and a cushy robe! Highly recommended- Enjoy!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

This condo was the perfect fit for our visit to Victoria. It is in the middle of everything! There is great food and shopping in all directions. A direct public bus to the Butchart Gardens is also within walking distance. The condo is secure, quiet, and very clean. This is the place to stay and when my husband and I visit Victoria again, we will most definitely stay at the Morley. I highly recommend this property.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We took the Victoria Clipper (passenger ferry) to Victoria for 3 days and the Morley loft was perfect for our stay. We walked everywhere easily. It was quiet; the views of the courtyard, the roooftops and the alder tree outside the bedroom window made the loft feel like a tree house. Our only problem was that we didn't want to leave, not to go out sightseeing and especially not to go home. Just like a boutique hotel, only way better!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, age 55+.
