Hola! Watch the sunset from any room or from your private patio while sipping on a margarita. This two bedroom, two bathroom condo is on the fourth floor (6th level) and has everything you need and more. It is located directly on an amazing wide 5km (3mile) long, sandy beach. There are no crowds and very few beach vendors. There are several beach restaurants within walking distance (several renowned favorites). This freshly remodelled, clean condo is our pride and joy. New furniture, bedding, patio, laundry, flat screen TV, and much more will greet you.
This bright modern condo is located in a secure oceanfront development close to shopping, restaurants, golf-course, water park, and more. It is air-conditioned, has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker and more. It offers Wi-Fi internet, flat screen US satelite TV, DVD, stereo, CD, mp3, in-suite laundry plus much much more. Just unpack the suit-case and relax……. you’re only steps from enjoying a refreshing dip in the warm tropical waters of Mexico.
Both bedrooms have spectacular ocean views, new modern decor, queen size beds and new air conditioners. The large windows throughout will allow you to enjoy that tropical breeze while the sound of the ocean sings you to sleep. The master bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom with tub and shower. The main bath is a full three piece with shower.
With the flare of Mexico the friendly comfortable grounds have a large swimming pool, outdoor BBQ and tennis court. There are two elevators, an on-site manager, and secure parking. Loungers, palapas and palm shaded areas are waiting for you on the beach or around the pool. We provide the beach towels too.
If you do feel the need to visit the bustling hotel/shopping zone downtown, it is only a short 10 minute taxi or bus ride. The local bus stops directly in front of the building, is completely safe (it’s all we ever use), fun, and costs less than 8 pesos ($0.69 US)! After a day out in the hustle and bustle of town, it is truly wonderful to return to your quiet oceanfront home.
This unit has just completed an extensive remodelling/refurnishing and you will not be disappointed. Weekly maid service is included in all stays over 7 days. No smoking, no pets. We have travelled to many areas of Mexico,but once we entered Mazatlan and this beautiful spotless condo with its friendly staff in a gated complex and security guards round the clock,this was it for us !!This newly bright,tastefully decorated condo has everything that it states on its website,along with a guide to buses and detailed information for anything that you may want during your stay.Simply,unpack,open your bedroom windows and patio doors and see the beautiful view of the ocean and endless sandy beach. This condo has everything that you will want. Take your boogie boards,beach towels,and cooler(that are provided by the owners)and go swimming and relax under the private palappas on the beach or read a book looking onto the beach in the emaculate private courtyard which has a large swimming pool.Lots of chairs are provided with plenty of space and even a B.B.Q.We love that the bus stops right in front of our gates to the complex and it takes minutes to get to the Golden Zone, Shopping, or to the Historic "Old" Section of Mazatlan,where there is lots to do and see,only to return to our quite private place to watch the beautiful sunset from our patio. Cooking is great in the fully equipped kitchen ,or just take a short walk to any of the nearby restaurants.We are excited to be going back for our fourth visit to this condo,and highly recomment it to anyone that truly want a peaceful,fun holiday. We stayed at this property for one month (mid January - mid February) in 2011. The place is absolutely amazing - newly renovated with all the conveniences right at your fingertips. The building is secure, grounds are beautiful and well kept, the beach goes on forever. A big bonus was the recruitment of a produce truck to come right to the premises twice a week - one could get all the fruit, vegetables, eggs, shrimp (they will even clean it for you if you pre-order), and occasionally freshly baked bread. There are very friendly vendors on the beach, but you are not bombarded by them. Sometimes they just chat if you are up for it, if not they leave you alone. We were impressed. There is a small strip mall about a mile down (you can walk by beach or sidewalk) with a coffee shop (excellent) restaurants, hair/nail/massage place, plus a couple of shops. We enjoyed walking over and experiencing all the amenities on a smaller scale. The city is also interesting with the "golden zone" and the "old town". We went several times and had a great time. Our entire experience was wonderful - and we highly recommend this condo for a vacation. The owners really want you to have a great time, and you can tell this by all of the preparations they have taken to make your vacation problem free. So when you go: sit back, enjoy, and let the Mexican experience whisk you away magic land! We were at the property with another couple in April 2011. We found the facilities virtually exactly as advertised and well maintained. The unit was well equipped and lacked nothing and the common facilities were very clean and also well maintained. The owner has provided alot of information regarding the facilities and suggestions for activities and restaurants. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we found the short bus ride into the Golden Zone or a bit longer ride into the historical centre of Mazatlan to be very interesting and inexpensive. Many good and inexpensive restaurants are within either a reasonable walk or a short bus or taxi ride. What a place to go to watch the sun disappear into the ocean while sitting on the ample-sized balcony! No noise from adjacent units was ever noticed. We would return to this place again. We found the quality of the holiday to be equal to other more expensive locations and recommend the property.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.
