  The house delivered on everything it promised and appeared to be. It was fully equipped, nicely appointed, clean and for our young family of four space to spread out. We loved the close proximity to everything and we took full advantage of the beach, pool, kayaks and bikes. Thanks to Samantha for her help in making this a memorable first family vacation.

  We spent a week in this very nice house. The location was great for us, close to shops, golf, fishing charters and the sea. The house has got a good layout, with 3 large bedrooms, a living room and a nice backyard with pool (pictures describes the house accurately). The kitchen is a small but met our needs. Overall you can see that there has been time and effort invested into planning the interior of the house. Samantha and Steve are excellent hosts, they were very helpful and made sure that everything was working as it should and gave us some good information about the area. We would certainly recommend our friends to stay in this house.

  We had a great time at this house. Samantha was very responsive and accomodating. The pool is perfect for those with small children. The pictures on the site are actual and the house is very clean. I look forward to going back to this home in the future.

  We are originally from Fort Lauderdale but moved to NC 6 years ago. When we were looking for a place to stay we wanted the comforts of home and close to the beach. This house was not only our "home away from home" but it was perfect distance to everything we needed...grocery store, mall, fast food and it's literally, across the street from the beach. Even the neighbors were really nice. The most memorable part of our trip was our 6 year old learning to swim in that lovely saltwater pool. That pool was so relaxing and the saltwater was so much better than just chlorine water. This house is perfect for a family of 4 or 6. It has everything you need, even a beach cart for towels and chairs. Truly all the comforts of home. We will always stay here, when we come back to Florida. Thank you for your hospitality Samantha!

  We used the property for all too short a time as it was a base for us to visit Miami, Everglades, Key West etc Pool was beautiful, as was house. Next time we intend to 'chill out' here much more as we didn't get to use the bikes or go kayakking. Great owners who dealt with requests promptly and effectively. Many thanks Tony, Alison, Miles and Olivia.

  Our family heads south to Pompano Beach each year to visit grandparents. This is the first time we've stayed at this property -- and hopefully won't be the last! We had a perfect vacation. The house was spacious enough for our family, even with grandparents visiting for dinner, and the master bedroom just far enough away from the kids' rooms for some privacy. Between the private pool (so nice!), sea kayaks, bikes, and beach just a 5-10 minute walk away, we were never at a loss for fun, active things to do. The only thing that would have made it absolutely perfect would have been a better DVD player in the den -- maybe one for the kids' room, too (though it was kinda nice to escape the glowing screen for a few nights, too!). Thanks to the owners for being so responsive when things weren't working right, and for providing the perfect escape away from our hectic lives. We hope to be your guests again next year!

  This property was perfect for us. We loved the fenced in yard for the dogs and the accessibility to the beach was perfect. This is a very quiet neighborhood and everyone is very friendly. We took long walks in the adjacent neighborhoods and drove to the large community park with the 5 mile walking trail. The privacy of the back yard and the quest house made this feel resort like. The house is very clean and we loved the decor. Can't say enough about our vacation and we can't wait to return. Samantha and Steve are very responsive and gracious home owners. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

  I recently stayed here with my family for my mother's 70th birthday weekend. The home was absolutely wonderful. We hung out by the pool during the day, enjoyed the beach just a couple of blocks away... and grilled and entertained at night. The living area is more spacious than it appears in the photos, and although the kitchen is small, it opens to a sunny dining area that also make the space bigger than it looks in the photos. The owners were extremely pleasant to organize with. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing stay in the Pompano Beach area.

  Thank you Samatha and Stephan for the great hospitality! My grandmother, my father, my son as well as I had a fabulous time :) The main house and the detached house were in perfect condition and absolutey adorable. It fitted all our needs. My grandmother loved the heated pool as well as my 8-month old son! The area was nice and so quiet, we all slept like babies! The beach was less than 5 minutes so it was so easy to go in the am, come back for lunch and then go back in the pm. Tennis and golf was less than 5 minutes as well and we went everyday!! So cheap too!!!!! THANK YOU for a wonderful stay, we definitely were relaxed and ready for the winter season when we came back to Montreal.

  We had a fantastic time staying at this vacation home! The home pool and yard really are as beautiful in person as they looks in the photos. The pool was absolutely perfect for our kids (and for us too) and the beach was just a few minutes walk away. We also loved feeding the fish right off the dock outside our front door. We will definitley be back again!
