Kamaole Sands is one of the most popular resort condo complexes in South Maui. Nested in 15 acres of tropical gardens surrounded by beautifully maintained lush green lawns, fountains, waterfalls, fish ponds, is one of the largest swimming pools in Kihei, a children's wading pool, and 2 Jacuzzis. The grounds also includes 4 tennis courts, and 9 BBQ gas grill areas are conveniently located throughout the complex.
Truly, what makes Kamaole Sands so desirable is the LOCATION. Kamaole Sands is directly across the street from Kamaole III beach and beach park. Kamaole III is one of the nicest sandy beaches on Maui, popular with locals and tourists alike. This beach is great for swimming, boogie boarding, snorkeling, sun worshiping, and whale watching (in season.) The large Kamaole III beach park is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and is complete with facilities, outdoor showers, and children's playgrounds. It's huge grassy area is perfect for all kinds of sports, and for enjoying the beautiful Maui sunset. There are many restaurants within walking distance, and just a short drive away is the town of Wailea and golf courses.

Cancellation Policy:
*A flat $75 fee is applied to all cancellations
*Cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival (60 days for winter holiday) will be refunded less the $75 cancellation fee.
*Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival (60 days for winter holiday) are subject to the $75 cancellation fee and 80% of the payments will be refunded.
*No refund on cancellations received within 7 days of arrival, or 14 days of holiday arrival. (Unless the unit is re-rented, then a pro-rata refund will be issued only for the days re-booked, minus the cancellation fee.)

We have been to Maui four times and have stayed at different Kamaole Sands condo's each time. This condo is one of the nicest we have stayed in. We had other family members staying at five different condos here and this one was the best. The condo is very spacious and had all the amenities we needed during our stay. Being a corner unit, there is an extra window so its nice and bright inside. The view from the lanai is fantastic! You have a mountain and ocean view. No need for an alarm clock as the birds will wake you up! Parking was very close to the elevator. We really felt at home here. Jenny always replied back to e-mails very quickly. If we require a three bedroom again we will definitely stay here.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+.

This was my families first trip to Maui and what a memorable vacation it turned out to be! Before we booked anything, I did a lot of research on places to stay in Maui. I was reading up on Kihei, Kanapaali, Wailea, Kapalua, etc. In the end, we decided to stay at the Kamaole Sands in Kihei and what a great decision that was! I cannot say enough about this condo! It suited all 3 generations of my family that were staying with us. The condo is very roomy and we had more than enough room for the 6 of us. The pictures don't do it justice! We had everything we needed in the condo and the lanai closet was filled with beach gear for all ages. We didn't have to worry about a thing! The grounds on the resort are beautiful and well maintained and the staff are very helpful. The location is great. Kamaole Beach is right across the street and several shopping centres are just down the street. Jenny, our contact, was very helpful right from the beginning, always answering any questions I had promptly and efficiently. I will definitely be booking this condo the next time we plan to stay in Maui!Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
