In addition to the 160' of very private sandy beach frontage, there is a paddle boat, 2 kayaks, life jackets in various shapes & sizes, full dock w/moorings for extra boats, fire pit w/chairs, rope hammock, 2 chaise lounges, and as an extra bonus we include the use a pontoon boat free of charge ( a $1,000 value). Oh, and did we mention 10 gallons of free premixed fuel?!
