Cocoa Beach Oceanfront complex- 2nd floor unit has a direct ocean view and was recently remodeled and redoecorated. We have other units available in the same complex, a 5th floor unit has 2 balconies with great views up the coast.
The complex is within an hour of Orlando and Disney World.
The NASA Space Center is less than 30 minutes away, and the
Cruise lines are just 15 minutes up A1A. The 'World Famous'
'Ron Jons' and the Pier are within minutes.
Our unit has been recently updated, and are fully furnished with everything you need to have fun in the sun. We have a full kitchen, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and provide you with all forms of electronic entertainment.

If you like the sound of the waves with a view to match, sunrises in the morning and all the comforts of home and then some, this is the property for you. The unit is light and roomy and has those important things you just can't pack, like a bender, grill, binoculars, tons of great beach towels and to enough toys to keep our kids (and all the adults) well entertained and trying new things like skim boarding. Having the view of the ocean is amazing, and we saw both sunrises and moon rises and could watch some great surfers tackle the waves right in front of us. You won't want to leave!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We were the first renters for unit 208 and it was a wonderful expierence. Its a great unit with direct ocean front views. The beach is so close. The complex is great and the walk from the unit to the beach is just a few steps. The owners did a great job with everything. All the comforts of home were there. They even had a video game system for the kids to play. The whole unit was very spacious and well done. The owners even went as far as to leave us a bottle of wine from their home state of indiana....the wine was great by the way. If you are looking for a resonably priced nice place to stay you've found it!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
