1550 sq ft, 2 story townhome on the west side of Oxford. 2.5 miles to the Oxford Square. 1.2 miles to Ole Miss football stadium. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping.
Master bedroom is upstairs and has full bed, walk-in closet and full bath. Second bedroom is upstairs and has full bed, twin bunk beds, walk-in closet and full bath.
Living room has queen sofa sleeper and twin hide-a-bed. 42 inch flat screen with DISH network satellite. Gas fireplace in living room. Wood floor in living room.
Kitchen and dining area have tile floors. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc for cooking and dining. Large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, coffeemaker and mixer/blender.
Very nice backyard with covered patio. Charcoal grill on back patio. Patio table/chairs on patio. Backyard has wood privacy fence.
Driveway can easily accommodate 3 automobiles.
Covered front porch with chairs.
Location is a quiet subdivision with one entrance in/out and minimal traffic.
Taxis and limos are available 24/7 if you prefer not to bother with driving and parking around campus or town.
Catering services are available for tailgating, tent setup in the Grove for football, shopping for groceries to stock the kitchen ahead of vacation, etc.
Great place for families to enjoy Oxford and Ole Miss for weekends or during the week!

What an awesome condo in one of the most beautiful cities we have visited! This condo looks like something right out of Southern Living magazine - the decorating is so great, with lots of Ole Miss memorabilia and loads of Southern charm. The owners have stocked it with anything you might need and are so friendly and accommodating. We stayed here for a college tour and fell in love with the school, the town, and the people that live and work there. We will be coming back - if it isn't booked already!~Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My husband and I stayed here over New Year's for a friend's wedding and it was perfect. Everything was clean and ready for use, the beds were very comfortable, and the cable and wifi was a great plus. I will absolutely stay here again when we come back to Oxford!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The home was very clean, well decorated and only minutes from Ole Miss! The owner was cordial and quite accomodating. We really enjoyed our stay.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The condo is very comfortable and beautifully furnished. We really liked the fact that it is not attached to another unit. Close location to shopping and campus. Fenced in backyard with covered patio makes for great mornings or evenings to relax! Owners are very friendly and helpful! Planning on staying here again and again!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We absolutely LOVED staying in Oxford at this lovely townhome. We were visiting my niece who attends Ole Miss. The property was so roomy and lovely that she stayed w/ us both nights because the 4 walls of her dorm room were closing in on her. We will definitely stay again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

A perfect place to call home for a weekend or a week. This house has everything you need in a location that is perfect. Just bring your clothes and walk in and enjoy. Even little things like coffee filters and basic condiments were available. Nothing I would change about it. We enjoyed it immensely.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Very close to the Ole Miss campus for all the activities. Lots of great restaurants and shopping in Oxford year-round. Plenty of antique stores to browse. Short drive to Sardis Lake for boating, fishing, etc. Several state parks in the surrounding area for nature, hiking, etc. Lots of festivals, street markets, etc are held during the year.
