This roomy condo is located on the top floor of a 3 story building. From the balcony you have a view of the fairway and #2 green. This end unit is very quiet. The complex offers a elevator as well as stairs. The unit has a full kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove/oven, full size microwave and dishwasher. The laundry room has washer and dryer. Master Bedroom has 1 King bed, large walk-in closet, very large master bath with jetted tub, separate shower, 2 sinks. You can access the screened-in porch and sun deck from the Master bedroom. You can also access the screened-in porch and sun deck from the living room, with it's vaulted ceiling, this gives the unit a real feel of space. About the owner: My husband and I love to travel, and have been very fortunate to be able to do just that. We were married at South Lake Tahoe on our very first skiing trip and have tried to ski every winter since. We ride motorcycles, both on road and off road. We enjoy our travels across the country in our motor home, with our dogs.
Why the Owner Chose Clayton:
My husband and I purchased our condo, before they even broke ground. After visiting Kingwood golf club on several occasions with his buddies playing golf, he took me up and said we had to have a place here. We had to visualize what the views would be from these units and which exact unit we should choose. We couldn’t have made a better choice, from the screened in porch and the sun deck we have a beautiful view of the fairway and the green on #2. We enjoy our time at Kingwood with all it has to offer.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The location in the North Georgia Mountains, has offered us great opportunity for riding, both street and trail riding. We love all the antique shops and flea markets. After rafting, horseback riding or hiking, it’s always great to come home to a beautiful condo, that offers golfing, indoor or outdoor swimming and a spa.
